I'd use it for good. As needed.

Hmm... If I had the Death Note, I'd begin writing those people that are "Famous idiots". Yes. Then I'd attempt to establish a 'cosmarchy' (Rulership of over the Earth), and and work toward having a planet free of anarchy.

I'd use the Note to create a society that resembles how we used to live 60 years ago. How? Destroy the corporate ladder. Too bad the entire thing isn't real though.

Nah, I'm not too arrogant to think I'm in a position where I can justifiably kill people.

The World may or may not be a better place without the people you don't like. That is an incredibly selfish thing to say... and it is exactly the point of the topic! Jesus H. Christ, at least some people seem to get it.
