Are you afraid of dentists?

I had a weird experience at the dentist once. I was going to get a small filling
done and the dentist pulled out a needle and I said I don't want it
because needles in my gums scared the shit out of me so he started to drill my
teeth with out freezing and I felt nothing which I found very strange, Then he hit
a nerve on the tooth and every muscle in my entire body jumped. A good example of
what that felt like is when you get that cold sensitive feeling on one or more teeth
multiplied by 100. Luckly the dentist never hit another nerve during the rest of the
procedure and I came out pain free.

The dentist knows what he must and must not do to his client like every health care professional should. There ain't no reason for us to be afraid of dentists because what they must do to us is for our own oral healths' good.
