Man arrested for being seen naked at home.

Does anyone know of an update to this story?

I said it before I'll say it again. This world is messed up man.

The police claim the guy tried to show his body off, but did the guy go around the window standing at 1 same place or standing naked outside while flowering his plant and drinking coffee? NO

The woman claim she saw the guy through WINDOWS? Hell is she thinking following the guy window to window?

Lastly, unless it is granted permission to walk past other people yard, it is considered tresspassing.

The guy was in the house, not the yard!

If that apply the guy is guilty, i will break into other people houses while they are bathing, enter the bathroom, ran out to the police station, and claim the people is pervented for being naked.

-_- it was his own home for god sake. Also, nobody made them look in his house, it was by curiosity. You can't get mad just because you saw something you didn't want to if it was by your own will. It's not like the man ran out in front of them, he was in his house. Let's say I finish my shower and go into my room without any clothes on, if somebody saw me by chance through the window and got pissed, would I be at fault?

If that many people agreed with the man what do you think would happen to the woman. She'd be labeled as a BITCH.

The guy was sentenced with punishment alredy, but it is still an option to plead for lighter sentence.

What the hell is this world? If i know the very person who create the system of paying tax for private property, i will bash him up for this case.

You know whats funny? 98% of the worlds population WILL admit that the man is right in this case, in every way will they be on his side.

But STILL the law is taking a piss on him.

Now, think like this, isn't the law a representation of the public general views, morals and wishes?

Well, to me, it seems as if she were planning this. It was 5:30 in the morning. You have to be close to the window to see him. She may have seen him one morning, and decided she could get some money out of him. She may have thought "Hey, if he's seen as a sicko, I could get some bucks out of him." Seriously, who walks around someone elses house, at 5:30 in the morning with their child? The kid should be in bed at that time!

Let's reverse the situation. Had a woman walked naked in her kitchen... and a man and his 7 year-old daughter spotted the woman, what would have happened?

Social standards for men and women seems to strongly influence how the legal system does things...

What has America fallen to? Did this happen in the US, or somewhere else? This to me just sounds like something a dumb American would do, hate to sound racist. Whats even worse is he got arrest when he was in his own HOME! He should counter sue.

I say the mother is an Idiot for trespassing and not knowing the meaning of "Private Property", The dad is a bad cop cause he's abusing his position and power, and the Judge is a Retard who has NO common sense.

"Wrong place" being "his own home" and "Wrong time" being "first thing in the morning"?

I've been trying to avoid to reply in this thread because its just plain stupid.

If I'm the lawyer in defense of the guy, I'll sue the judge for being naked at his own house. In fact, if the sentence is passed as guilty, then everybody in the world should be sued for being naked at their own house.
