Although I wouldn't word it like Traumacrazy, in a way I do agree. Media love to pull the whole anti men thing, many times without validation. Just because I agree that man shouldn't be pussy whipped doesn't mean I promote violence against anyone.

But moreso on the topic, I'll give my personal beliefs. I, for one, can admit that I absolutely can't stand women in a nearly sadistic manner, simply based on the facts and statistics I know about women, as well as seeing these things as true when observing women in my life. I find it absolutely ludicrous that if ever under any circumstance you hit a girl, you're automatically a coward. Point blank period. This "moral" has never made any logical sense to me, and I figured people only think this because their parents thought it when they were kids because their parents taught it to them because their parents...and so on and so forth. It's one of those many "mores" that we live by today, without any real rational thought.

Me personally, my mother taught me that if someone is man enough to hit me, they're man enough for me to hit them back. It's gotten to the point that a woman may act like a complete savage, just because everyone told her as a little girl "Boys aren't supposed to hit girls!", which she now uses to her advantage. I've seen this so many times that I've stopped paying much attention to it. People act like if you even admit you'd hit a girl, that means you beat your girlfriend/sister/mother/peers/etc. I like to treat people equally, so I must admit that if you hit me in an overly hostile manner, I'll first tell you to stop, only being as threatening as the situation calls for; but after you persist, with the belief that "Oh I'm totally safe because I'm a girl!", then that will probably be the last thought to go through your mind before you're suddenly unconscious.

And let's get something straight here: I have female friends. I'm not some vicious monster that goes around angrily grabbing women by the hair and slamming them against the wall. I've even discussed with my female friends my views on women and why I hate them, which amazingly enough, 100% of them can agree with me, and can even admit to doing some of the actions I absolutely can't stand, or have witnessed it themselves. Reason being, I always have facts and/or statistics, as well as multiple examples I could pull from the nearest woman to me.

As for how I treat my women, I treat them how I treat everyone else. I start with complete kindness, and then slowly make myself compatible with them in key categories, because I hate for anyone to feel awkward or left out. I don't do this to "get ass", mind you. I find sex to be a meaningless drug that makes you dependent and of lesser intelligence, just as I find marriage to be a 0-4 year money waster as your happiness is drained along with your wallet and sanity. I don't immediately shun each and every woman that talks to me, because I believe you can be friends with anyone as long as you act friendly towards them, which hasn't been unproven to me thus far.

I think more men are enslaved than women. I'm tired of seeing my male friends get married, and then be ridiculously miserable a year or so later. Even the ones that you could swear they were destined to be together or whatever hogwash people come up with these days. Observing things like these is what made me realize that love is just a fantasy that in real life is almost entirely based on artificial means to keep it going, then it falls apart when the resources run out. There is no such thing as unconditional love. Saying "Hey, make me a sandwich" is basically just a meme, and doesn't really mean that -all- men are going around chaining their girlfriends to the kitchen stove or whatever. It's just internet behavior for the most part. The whole idea of saying what you want because you're protected by distance. In the relationships you do see where the woman is used and abused or whatever, it's almost hard to believe she didn't already know what she was getting into, and didn't really understand the guy's intentions at all before getting into the mess.

To me, women are not humans. They are monsters who drain your happiness with their constant barrage of irrational emotions that cause them to do actions that are completely illogical, while using the excuse that "Oh well I'm on my period!" as a means of being a complete non-sociable bitch to everyone. You can choose not to give birth. They give birth because they -can- give birth. Males cannot. If males could give birth instead of women, then it'd be that way just because it's how it's designed. It doesn't make them better or worse than anyone else. I'd like you to name the "other shit" they deal with, too. I -wish- all guys have to do is worry about how much ass they're getting. No, they have to make sure they have a developed career, build enough of a salary to be able to support a family, and when the time comes, support a family. Along with paying bills, fixing things, being absolutely sure that the woman he's about to marry won't destroy his sanity and take more than half of the things she didn't earn, and other things men stereotypically have to do. If you compare facts and put everything together, women have it leaps and bounds easier than men. Hell, not too long ago, the only real thing that had to put effort into was finding a wealthy husband.

But something I would like someone to tell me, really and truly and honestly, where does the "coward" factor come in when you're hitting a girl? Or do those that believe it, just blindly believe it because it was constantly pounded into their heads while they were growing up?

Now, about the chromosomes, it's not that chromosomes I am trying to point out, but our physical appearances. Why women came before men? See, egg cells can produce own offsprings. Yes, even w/o the sperm cell. But later on, evolution evolution, and some women became men. It's a long story and it's very complex, so I guess I'll just have to clarify more points later on 'kay?

I apologize, i should not have presumed to know what you were alluding to. i inferred from your vague and awkward phrasing that you were relaying second hand information and were unsure of the details. the chromosome bit was used against me by a friend of mine to win an arguement that arose from her declaration that women were superior. she also mentioned that men were mutated women, that's what reminded me of chromosomes.

Its Fact that more men are born physically stronger than women (Not all though), and everyone is born equally in terms of intellgiance, its just that women tend to have more of s logical view of everything compared to mans normal more impatient view ;)

I agree. Women are humans, like everyone else. Sometimes I even think that women are superior in some ways. For one, pain tolerance. I've had a lot of pain in my life, but I bet it's no where NEAR that a woman feels during childbirth. Us men are lucky and have it easy.



It is unfortunate that that happened, but it is a fairly common occurrence. I always wonder how some women would even go out with a person like that, if they knew about him being that way. It also, unfortunately, turns into an abusive relationship, in which the woman has very little freedom, and an even smaller chance of escaping it.



No person, no matter who they are (sex, religion, color, etc.), deserves to be abused. I pray that one day we may be able to move past this barbaric behavior, but I'm sure that it won't happen in my life.

One reason a lot of guys are douchebags is because they know they give themselves confidence to "score." I think women will go after douchey guys when all they want is material gain and/or intercourse. On the other hand, there are guys like most of the people in this thread who, while being nice to women, might not get that short-term gain that the assholes do. This is because when a woman sees someone who is ACTUALLY nice, therein lies a possibility of a relationship longer than just a one night stand. This puts ACTUAL EMOTIONS other than lust in the ballpark, and suddenly scoring becomes less of an issue and the focus of the nice guy turns to pleasing his sweetheart and developing their bond.


How does this relate to men treating women poorly? Those douchebags give nice guys a bad name because so many guys rely on BEING douchebags to get women instead of waiting for a bit longer and finding someone special. It's quite sad really...

Then again, as stated earlier, I don't treat ANYONE with respect who doesn't give me some in return. Still, that doesn't mean I go around being a douchebag. I simply ignore them...

I suppose some men just do it for the fun, while others really think women are of a lower level than they are. Such as those in Japan and China...

Women do not deserve to be discriminated because they are female; they deserve the same amount of respect as men receive, unless they act in such a way that deserves some sort of reaction, which is also true of men - if anyone acts with a kind of hostility or hatred towards anyone, unless it's a reaction to another person's unacceptable actions, then they should expect negativity.

Gender roles are a thing of the past in such a way that now in a lot of countries we can choose who or what we want to be - we can, as it were, create ourselves: if a man wants to be more feminine he can be, vice versa.

I do feel that women should be more embraced than men due to this unfortunately existing gender hierarchy. They do not deserved to be treated like shit just because they are female, and anyone who thinks they should is a moron.

I agree with the general consensus that mistreating women is unacceptable. Women aren't tools, nor they are witches or bull$h!t like that. They are human beings and they deserve as much respect as men do, if not more. However, I also dislike when this way of thinking becomes excessive, that is - men are not animals, they aren't slavers or rapists or b@stards because they are men. Every single one of us is a human being with his/her virtues and his/her faults, so no one can say that "men are perfect" or "women are perfect". The sad thing is, there will always be men who think they're the masters because of some stupid reason - religion, social status, and so on. But there will always be women who think that men are devils in disguise just because they are men, and nothing else.
