Point of View on Death

So what is your point of view of death? And are you afraid of dying?

I have never been afraid of dying because this is how i look at death.

I believe there is nothing after death, your just dead, so if i die i wouldn't be able to care anyway so it's really shit the same if i die or not, but i enjoy living and i absolutely don't want to die but if i die then so be it because there is nothing to be worried about.

But if there is something after death like heaven then it wouldn't be so bad to die either because you would be in fucking paradise.

If it's reincarnation then it could actually matter if you died since you could be reincarnated and have a much worse life but i could also have a much life better so i don't know what to think about that.

lol, well, worrying about death is futile, since you can't escape it anyway, just hope for the best. I find it funny that there are basically just 3 different ways of thinking of where you go when you die that are discussed in almost all threads about this topic; its either heaven/hell, reincarnation or Nothingness. Since it is impossible to know anyway, why not just believe what you Want to happen? Or something totally random like:

"When I die, my soul will be transported to a gigantic spiritual Casino somewhere in the middle of the sun, and there you play Sabacc about what will happen later, and your amount of casino checks are based upon the number of pets that you killed by drowning them in a bathtub filled with Ginger Ale, and if you don't have any checks or fail to win anything at all you will go to a land filled with Zombie Teletubbies."

Something to look forward to. Better start buying pets and Ginger Ale.

I ain't scared of no death.

If I wasn't a skeptic, I'd believe what I believed a while ago: When I die, I'll become a ghost. Oh, what fun I would have. I've always wanted to ghost troll.

Meh, I always push the topic into the a dark corner whenever it pops up in my mind. It used to torment me quite a bit as a kid though. The idea of not being able to continue my life scared me terribly.I never really worried about hell&heaven nor any other afterlife thoughts.

Not so much now. I have too much on my mind to seriously ponder it, but my fear remains the same: not being able to continue enjoying my life and fullfiling my human pleasures and dreams.

ps: Am I the only one that, while standing in a balcony, daydreams of jumping off of it? I constantly doze off imagining what it'd be like flying out of balconies. Freaky thoughts.

Your not the only one. Doesn't happen often but it has happened to me.

I do not fear death in general. Altough I do hope when it's my time it's painless.

Worrying about death is futile. You will die. It's just a matter of when, why and how painfully.

Rather than worrying about dying why not worry about what you'll accomplish in life?

Upon death I believe there is nothing. No paradise, hell, purgatory or reincarnation. The lights go out and you become worm food.

The only uncomfortable part about death is betraying your lover by leaving them behind and dying on them, but then again you'll be dead and won't have to witness their grief, so it doesn't matter.

Death: The non-issue.

hmmmm i guess when my times come then i guess i might just Accept it
because whatever happen there's Nothing i can Do but to accept it
i been Accepting things about what Happen cause there's no point of worrying
because there's no Replay in life there's No Second Chances there's Reset Button
that we can restart again There's No Cheat Codes That We can Do Everything we want There's no Tips What will happen Tomorrow or what will be happening....

i see a lot of people Dying
all i do is Stand in the corner
and watch them crying and saying why do you have to take them
while i was watching them
i look up and said No matter what we do
will be always be fragile....
if this happen to me as well will i cry or will complain
but three of my grandparents has died but the two of them
i never shed my tears cause no matter how much i cry
they won't come back

Pain....
Death....
Misery....
sadness....

it doesn't concern me
what ever happen tomorrow
there's nothing i can do
there's nothing to be done
I'm alive for now
I'd set my Foot on this world
I'll Leave without any regrets

Shit, I look upon it as a chance to learn.

Can't avoid it, and when you do die, you get to see if anyone was right about what happens.

Or you get to see a whole lot of nothing, who knows, that's the fun.

When I die, there better be reincarnation. Also, I'll accept death when it comes, but that may be a long time after I lived my lot.

I'm not scared of death itself, since it's something natural that we all will face sometime in the future, and there's nothing to gain in worrying over it. Everything that has a beginning has an end, that's the rule. Best bet is to just live life to the fullest and enjoy it while you can.

A lot Of people Belief In Reincarnation
they said that They felt that they been here before
or Seen this Person it said that You been here before
in your past life.

But in my belief There's No Reincarnation
after we Died our Soul Will be Stuck in this world
although we can't be seen by ordinary people but they can sense this soul
anyway we be continue to move but were just repeating our action
before we died and unable to ascend.....

well that's what i belief
if reincarnation is true
i think only a few people
can be resurrected into a Human
The rest will be Resurrected
as a different species without a will
to control we will move on our instincts.....

People in my family don't die. My cousin got shot in the head once, they had to drive him to the other town to get him to a hospital. He's living with us now albeit he's been in 6 years of college and changed his course but I digress.
