Point of View on Death

I guess I believe in what one would could re-incarnation. I think you experience life once again, albeit you're not who were before you died. When your previous life ends, that life is gone. But there will be life felt again, even though it won't be you, you'll still have a consciousness again...

I can't describe it.

It seems that the general consensus here is that heaven all and hell are out the door.

I have come to accept the fact that someday i will die off soon, its just a matter of time when that will happen.

When you die, your dead, thats it, period. i agree with that. no heaven, no nothing. no thoughts of nothing, not like your just a spirit wisp floating through emptiness. just straight up nothing nothing. therefor theres no point in worrying about death because once it happens there will be no worrying or sorrow. you will not miss life because you simply will not exist. yes, i want to continue living for as long as possible. but at least i know that once my time comes, i will not be able to have any regrets. in a sense, nothing matters. i could go on a killing rampage, cause once i die it wouldnt matter anyways. not to me at least. but im not stupid i dont wanna ruin other peoples lives, im not selfish. thats what hold me back from truly just doing whatever i want. logic gives me morals, not some silly belief that if i do bad i will go get raped by satan or something.

also i believe in reincarnation in a more scientific way. your matter returns to the earth and is recycled into water, air, dirt, and perhaps eventually another living creature. your "soul" (for lack of a better term) is gone though. you dont just turn into a duck and retain memorys and shit. your consciousness is nothing more then the culmination of information of your brain which is just an organic computer. when that "computer" is destroyed, you simply no longer think at all, as i said above. it would be like smashing up your real computer's hard drive. that information if gone. you can recycle the plastic and metal into a new computer or other objects, but all the info you had stored on it no longer exists. it no longer thinks, it just just nothing but a bunch of unconnected matter. thats how i see our own minds. so reincarnation does exist in the sense that the matter that we are made up of is recycled into other things. but our consciousness, our "soul" does not.
