Pulling the Trigger..Could You Do It ?

It always depend on the situation ..
in case scenario, if by killing one can save more lives in the future ..
or,
if i can save someone i adore by doing it ..
in short, if it will provide better output ..
sure ..
i think i will be able to pull the trigger

I'd do it. I wouldn't give them a chance to speak if they were my enemy.
Obviously I wouldn't kill someone without reason.

If we talk about life and death matter .. it can be classified as serious business ..
despite from that ,
I probably can do it .. although i need to kill my morality for doing such a thing ....

I would never willingly kill a human being if there were a choice other than death, however; if I happen to end up in a situation where it's either me or them I wouldn't give it a second thought.
I'd probably be able to take the shot.
Are you forgetting who put them there in the first place? The reason they are sending more troops in is to end the war faster because they can't pull out. If the United States of America leaves Iraq, the country will go into complete anarchy and it would be like committing genocide. The way I see it, the conservatives and your government as a whole do not have any other choice.

I lol'd at the Liberal sissies part. I find it funny that most people call Liberals sissies when we are trying to keep our soldiers from dying in a war that never should have happened. But conservatives are like "let's go kill some people putting thousand of American soldiers at risk!"I'd probably be able to take the shot.

I'd pull the trigger.
While I probably wouldn't be entirely comfortable with ending someone's life, I'd rather do that to them, then let them do that to me.
Survival can be a messy business sometimes.
Of course, it's all hypothetical. I have never been placed in a situation where I had to shoot someone, so I cannot predict how I would really behave. Although judging from fact I had hurt people in the past (emotionally or physically) for harassing me or my friends, I would say that it's likely I would pull the trigger.
I suppose one reason why people ask this sort of question is because they want to know the mindset of a person who had actually done it, and compare it with their own, as if to judge whenever they would do it as well or not.

Nope. I think to much. I would know that the person I was going to shot had friends, a family, etc, and I would stop myself. Not to mention the fact that if I where to shot than I would have to live with the guilt of there being blood on my hands, which is something I don't think I could handle.

For self defence i could probably do it, and if i was pissed off enough, would be a fun new experience. But its hard to ever say for sure isnt it? When it comes down to it you could start thinking about if they have family or whatever and then they get the gun off you and shoot you. All depends on the situation we're talking about as well, i'd probably be more wary to shoot because then i might get put away for murder. But again all depends on the scenario.

If its wartime, then let the lead fly! Otherwise, a situation wherein self defense is greatly needed, then I won't hesitate to pull the goddamn trigger.

I have pulled the trigger and will probable do it again. while I have never shoot any one. I have been pushed to the point where i have reacted violently so i think its safe to say if have the stones to pull the trigger.

Easyest way to say it would be, fuck with the people i care about and i wont even hesitate to fuck you up.

Only if I felt that the person needed to die.
I don't like the idea of just injuring them, so I'd shoot to kill.

The human mind is dangerous in itself. One rash decision is enough to pull the trigger. It would need an even stronger will and resolve to get over it.

As an ex-military man , a question I hear a bit (and despise getting actually) is "How can you pull the trigger ???" ...Now maybe I just hang out with a few liberal sissies but whatever. I just want to know how many people on Fakku actually BELIEVE they can pull that trigger if they had to ,and what kind of situation it would take for them to do it.I have never served in the military, but I understand why a soldier must pull the trigger.
I can ramble on about patriotism and protecting your country till I am blue in the face but
whatever anyones ideals I think most people need to do it for self preservation and/or the
preservation of your friends and families lives. I think I would pull the trigger for the
same reasons. If someone threatened my family, friends, or my own life I would not hesitate
to stop them, even if it required me to kill them. It is a hard subject of whether to kill
or not but when push comes to shove in tough situations what do you ask yourself? do I try
to fix the problem or do I lie down and take it?

I think the most I could ever do is shoot at the feet or something.
Its not a matter of whether I'd shoot, its a matter of me not being able to bloodhound. Honestly I couldn't shoot in an intention of killing them, I'm too moral in thinking, cause its not about them, its about the families and suffering that everyone will go through rather then theirs.

Well, being a 24 fan, I'd like to say I could pull the trigger. But honestly, I won't know for sure until God forbid it should actually happen.
