It's a overpowered/cheap weapon, you can kill someone in like 2 shots w/frag.

Nope, you still need 3, the one that actually kills most people is the splash damage with the frag rounds. OHK is still a headshot.

The strongest shotty is actually the first shotty that you get. USAS is just strong because of it's ROF.
Just use it. It's not a sin to use a weapon.

It's not a cheap weapon, since you'll get it at level 43, which means the games is rewarding your efforts for reaching that level. The real Cheap weapon is the FAMAS like I said earlier in my other post. Since even a newb can easily get that laser gun.

I don't like to get killed by Usas that why i never use it!
I just stick to the M1911 (260 kills baby) and C4!

Um... it usually takes almost the whole Clip for us to kill someone with USAS... could be connection but thats how it is for us. The USAS-12 is not overpower nor is the Frag ammo. I don't care if someone uses it on me, cause I barely get killed by it. I don't put myself into situations where I'm often killed by it. Like Kai said its not a cheap gun because it takes time to unlock it and also the Frag ammo.

C'mon this isn't cod where all the maps are small-medium size and the layout of them are either big open areas or small cramped places. BF3 maps are big and varied so if you want to avoid the USAS-12 then go to bigger maps or stay out of tight spaces. Or even better, KILL THE GUY USING IT.

I wish there was Dragon Breath 12g in BF3. Then bitches would be crying about fire being too OP. Would you complain about you're enemy killing you with their best arsenal in real life? No, because you'd be dead anyway.

I'm working my way up to the .44 magnum and if I find out that they nerfed it or something I'll get mad.

I don't like getting knife but I prefer the knife system here over CoD where they are cheap and are just panic weapons. In BF3 they require skills.

I understand that you get the gun in level 44 but (at least on Xbox) you can get in lobbys when literally everybody in the lobby is using Usas w/frag or the famas.
Ps. i know the Usas have been patched on PC but not Xbox!

You may actually be better off using the MP412 Rex over the .44 magnum. While the Rex does less damage, the .44 has a noticably slow ROF. Your preference may depend on how accurate you are with either weapon as a .44 usually takes 2 torso shots to kill whereas the Rex needs about 3.

Can you do this with a jet?

I am fast and accurate with pistols so I just need one that allows me to place strong accurate shots. The Rex was good but the fact that it took 3-4 shots to kill people was a large deterrent for me. What do the iron sights look like.



As I said I don't see any problem with using the USAS nor do I see any reason to patch it... AT ALL! I play on the xbox360 and find myself dying more often to the FAMAs rather then the USAS-12.

My point is that when people bitch too much about a certain gun because they get killed by it too often. Seeing how it usually goes in games there will be pretty much no good guns. I tried using the 870 MCS w/ Frag but could barely get any kills. Y'know why? Because people bitch so much that the Frag is impractical to use w/ any other shotgun other then the USAS. Which shouldn't happen. Frag rounds are supposed to have devastating attack with a splash thats about 2 feet. However they're gonna make it so that you have to have direct hits to the body with it... Which is just plain stupid. You don't need direct hits with FRAG ammo.

Instead of nerfing it they should put in Hollow point and Armor piercing and Dragon Breath into the game for each weapon. Also should increase the Amount of kills needed to unlcok them.

Hard to say. It's tighter than on the Rex and you can even unlock a scoped varient a few ranks up the ladder. The .44 really is one of those "Make your shots count" kind of weapons as it has a better range and damage (per shot) than the other pistols, but it's ROF can seriously bite you in the ass in close quarters. I guess the .44's effectiveness depends on how you plan on using it. It's not much of a holdout weapon like the m1911 and the Rex, but it can certainly pack a punch if you have the luxury to line up your shots.

I use pistols when I know I won't be able to get off another shot with my sniper rifle. I usually die not due to lack of precise shots but low power of the weapon.
