Okay, well I can clearly see where you going with this deck, but let's keep it simple and focus on say, Blue-Eyes White Dragon. First things first, you have WAY TOO MANY cards in the deck. You'll never be able to get what you really need at the most crucial moments. A deck should always contain 40 to 42 cards at best. Especially if you're playing in advanced format.
But here are my suggestions for the deck.
Take out the following cards;
Spoiler:
Here is what I would suggest, assuming you're going the fusion monster route.
If you're going to run Blue Eyes, then you definitely need his best support cards. Kaibaman, Burst Stream of Destruction, The White Stone of Legend and Ancient Rules. With Kaibaman, you can tribute him and special summon Blue-Eyes White Dragon from the hand easily. The same can be done with the spellcard Ancient Rules.
Burst Stream of Destruction allows a Blue-Eyes to destroy all monsters on your opponent's side of the field. The White Stone of Legend can get you a Blue-Eyes added to your hand from the deck when its sent to the graveyard.
You might also want to try using the field spell Dragon Ravine. With this, you discard one card to use it's 2nd effect to send one dragon from the deck to the graveyard. This can work wonders with The White Stone of Legend or a Red-Eyes Wyvern. If you discard Wyvern, you'll want to send a Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon from the deck to the graveyard. And during the end phase of your turn, if you didnt normal summon, you remove Wyvern in the graveyard from play and special summon Darkness Metal Dragon from the graveyard, so you can start your swarming ability with him next turn.
Future Fusion is extremely good in dragon decks running Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon because of his combo with Red-Eyes Wyvern and his swarming ability. This will work wonders for getting either a Five-Headed Dragon or Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon in just two turns while you do other things. Use Gold Sarcophagus to search out Future Fusion.
I suggest using Royal Decree as well. It negates all face-up trapcards on the field, which is something you want because the last thing you want your dragons to worry about are pesky trapcards.
Just as well, I'd also suggest using Dodger Dragon. His normal summon cannot be negated, and the opponent cannot play spell speed 3 (counter traps) during the turn he's summoned. This is very good for getting out a Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon to the field without having to worry about your opponent's facedown spell/traps.
You want to run a Prime Material Dragon so that you can protect your monsters from your opponent's card effects that destory monsters (spell speed 1 and spell speed 2 aka normal spells/traps and quick-play spells and monster card effects).
Here is what your deck should look like.

I really dont want to mess with your suggestion about the new setup of the dragon deck, but i really think, considered on the fusion route this is played, that you can take out one of those two Burst streams of destrucion, since you probably will never play it when you need it.
But thats just my opinion :)

Spoiler:
I think it'd be more efficient to run trap stun over Royal Decree considering the number of traps you are running, and I also think there should only be 1 burst stream and replace it with good ol' book of moon.
Also about the inconsistent plot line, the Sacred Beast from GX more than likely didn't either exist around that time or were nowhere near there, plus they are clearly far more inferior when compared to the Egyptian Gods so even if they did show up they were certain to be screwed. As for the movie it was just to get kids all excited and for Konami to do what? MAKE MORE MONEY, so it's almost exactly like the situation of when they made popular video games into movies and had fans lining up to see it: The movie didn't have to be good plot wise, or even be consistent for that matter, it just has to look awesome. And how do they do that? By cramming all three protagonist into a single film.

@Asa/Shad0w: Looking over the deck list again, and in theory, I think you guys are right about taking out one Burst Stream. It would only need one since we already have a Dark Hole, plus using just one Burst Stream is already an overkill as it is. And I could've sworn I put Book of Moon in there. Heh, well, lets takeout one Burst Stream for Book of Moon.
@Shadow: Trap Stun is a good suggestion. If it gets MST'd or targeted by a card effect you chain it with Trap Stun or make any other good use of it. But I took Decree over Trap Stun because it's a continious duration. The D-Prisons and Mirror Force are there for protection until a Decree is in the hand. But honestly, the deck can be ran with either Trap Stun or Royal Decree, neither are bad options.
- 1 Burst Stream of Destruction
+ 1 Book of Moon
+ 2 Royal Decree or Trap Stun
