I've made 6 decks so far and only 3 of them are competitive against other players in rated. :C

I had that many but I trimmed down to four. Six Sams and Gravekeepers (GK for unrated too) are for rated, Plants and Blackwings are for casuals.

If they were trap holed or torrential I think that still fulfills the conditions because the summon was not negated as in solemn judgment or warning, but I am not 100% certain to that.

Yes, if their summoning is chained by a destroying card like torrential or trap hole, then their summoning is considered as fulfilled, thus enabling them to be special summoned by reborn or call of the haunted, but if their summoning was negated with solemn or royal oppression then they're not considered to be properly summoned

I pose a question. Can you reborn Rainbow Neos from the graveyard? Let's say I summoned, the opponent uses torrential or something. It dies. Can I monster reborn it?

Speaking of Duality's, I know some people who doesn't want to sell it even though they were offered a pretty high price for it. Now that it's getting a reprint, I bet they're all like "FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU"
