Added a link to the TCG Rulebook for those who are unfamiliar with some rules in the game or are trying to get into it.

Has anyone else been having trouble with getting to the duel network page today?

Nope I was on today.

I did get on this morning, but this afternoon it hasn't been loading up and it brings me to a page that says the connection to the server was reset while it was loading.

it appears the they are updating the system.

Haven't played for days. A tournament sounds interesting though.

Well I dont have anything planned for one yet. I'm asking all of you guys what you think of the idea of having one before I jump ahead of myself. If most or all of you guys are onboard on wanting to have one, then I'd be more than happy to set it up.
