Maledict+damage from firends=WIN

lol get a dagon thats enough to kill almost anyone at lvl 11 XD

how much damage does his lvl4 maledict do once the target has taken 100 damage? (please answer; I forgot T_T)

then imagine using a dagon "5" on the poor ass.

I do not know but, I do know that anyone will die by that stage. lol

it's 30 per 100 damage in every 4 seconds, maledict deals 15 damage to any unit it is inflicted with.

So, I can safely say that if Dagon 5 is used, Maledict will deal 270 damage every 4 seconds with each one much stronger than the last since there's still the 15 per sec damage, not to mention the damage of other causes.

even the rhino-skinned heroes like Axe or Pudge would be like carved meat (no pun intended) if Maledict is used properly.

Just out of curiosity to post something here, I went to the DotA site, and found this.

It's an article regarding Bashes and criticals. It pretty much covers everything like "does bash stack with previous bashes?" "Does critical stack with criticals?" "how does bash and critical affect melee/ranged?"

i think the most important thing to note, is that range shouldn't get bash and crit item just either or.

it's actually 40 per 100... and 20 per seconds for 12 seconds... IIRC... unless changes were made at 6.63 onwards...

also you can't always predict how much the extra damage from maledict is... i tried and always failed since it no longer rounds of to the nearest hundreds... it takes every point of damage into consideration and calculates accordingly

still that's a pretty good estimate on dagon 5... but I never use it.. just rush aganims then lothars... stun.. cast maledict, get a bit nearer, cast wards go invi, watch them scramble around like kids... always a fun to watch

I want to improve my skills as a Night Stalker and Nerubian however I don't know the mechanics on these characters very well. I know Dota is about team work and so I want to ask this, if I was to use Night Stalker what should I be doing after I get to level 6?

Night stalker is one of the greater ganker out there.Usually get some tangoes,one clarity and some gaunlets of strength.

Usually by level 6,its night time,and the time you should be hunting.Get a team mate with a disable to go with you.Hunt for agi heroes(carry heroes).Then farm for abit for deso and hotd or vlad and go straight to scepter any item after then scepter is purely up to you.BKB is situational if many enemy disablers.

The recent update,bat boy got a buff in his ulti's cd.

Remember though,he is useless during the day and even at night,he cant do anything if there is more than 2 heroes around.

Nerubian assassin plays about the same as night stalker,only his items usually are either burst damage items(Dagon) or support items(Shiva,AC etc)

The rest in the list are all heroes that need farming to be effective.

anyway, as for night stalker, not too keen in using him anymore, but he's very strong if played properly and farmed properly.My first few items are 3 bracers and 1 phase boots and 1 Helm of Domination. First item to farm is sange(the str one) so you can maim the enemy, then try getting satanic gives both hp and lifesteal. afterwards get MKB or basher.

why bash? to prevent them from tping away :P

for Night stalker, your job in the team, is to make sure no one is able to run away, you need to slow them so that either you or your team can kill them. His other active skill(i think its the 2nd skill) gives your opponent a chance to miss and also silences<---this is a very useful skill to have

last tip is to only attack at night(duh) this is the only time when night stalker really shines, if your team is clashing during daytime, you can always cast night stalkers ulti only if you think you can win that clash, otherwise save it for when its night time. If its night time always use your ulti, it extends the night time period which is always good
