the pig that never dies
That must have been quite a while ago. Last I recall, Lycan form is no longer affected by speed decreases.
I hated killing piggy. That porky rear can take serious damage. Doesn't look like that player ran Quill Spray though.
Seriously, whenever that damn pig turns his back on me, it's like he's taunting me...
i remember fighting a buff pig that was able to escape all 5 of my team because he had a magic wand....all he had to do was spam his needles and just casts magic wand again and again

well I remember watching a bufed pig who blocked 5 heroes and creep spwns from third tower of enemy base to third tower of pig's base... all that time he was just laughing cause no mater what they do they cant even bring his hp to 75%
but that was 59b.. I bout he can do that again with current changes

I lol-ed hard at that video, that lycan was like rushing there for a sure kill..and end up getting owned by tower instead. Poor guy, poor poor guy, lol. Im not too found and dont know much of bristleback, usually used by my teammate farmer as a late game hero...it gets pretty imba if farmed up late game, i remember a game where we were losing at early to midgame but bristleback turned the tides on late game.

But isn't Bristleback more on attack damage? If an enemy wears a Blademail, that's sliced roast pork for ya.

enemies who have blademail are usually the ones who probably can't fight, which is why they go defensive

first and foremost Bristle Back is not attack damage based. It's more of tank based and skill based. It's normal attack boosted with berserk is really just a bonus plus blademail can be countered by avatar.
Also the current blademail is not only for people who cannot fight. In fact it's a preparation to fight. With heroes who depend soul entirely on damage such as Phantom Assasin or Phantom Lancer or whatever, you cannot hope to win by just facing them head on (especially Phantom assasin as her critical reaches 4k+ with the right items). Basically you stand in front of them and activate it to intimidate them. If they don't have skills such as blink, leap or wind walk it will give you free hits on your opponent.

I hate the blademail. use it OR used against it. it's a cheap method to turn the tides :(. I preferred the old version.Passive for merely 20%. current blademail is active but effects both melee AND range, not to mention the returned damage is 100%... I think.

A re? Returned as magic damage? that means the damage returned will be decrease by 24% or is it 25%...the base hero magic reduction thinggy...
I rarely see anyone buys blade mail, in fact, around 1 time in 50 games. In my place, even axe dont get blade mails, i think its too easily counterable since people can just ignore you for that few seconds. Attacker heros dont buy blade mail cz they need money for other core items...I think its a kind of a useless item <_<.

because it wont do damage against a person under BKB avatar

I thought it is returned as pure damage?
Anyway its more viable to buy a vanguard over blademail since it gives better bonuses like regen and + 300 hp and damage block.

A lvl 12 Huskar with a Blademail and simple items like vanguard and treads can bloody a Jarakal (wrong spelling i know, just lazy) who is already at lvl 18 with awesome items like buriza. of course, jarakal wins but not without having about 90% of his hp off him. Ignoring the Blademail user once he activates it is usually a mistake. I know, I've tried.
Long story short, 12 w/ Blademail =< 18?!
The given example is based off of my recent game, with me as the jarakal. It was just a 1-1 game.
