Did you kill Amata's father while escaping? I did the first time, but then felt bad for Amata, so I restarted without killing him, lol.

I'm supposed to be a Pip-boy programmer or something like that. Got extra points in Science, Medicine and Big Guns.
What primary weapon skill did you all go for? I mostly put points in Big Guns to specialize myself futher, but I can see how small guns could be more useful all-around.
I'm currently using the Rock-it Launcher and at this somewhat early point in the game, I pretty much kill anything with a single VATS-meter and 2 empty Cola bottles.

small guns for me. Been using a hunting rifle and combat shotgun.
Also, just picked up the weapon that uses mini nukes for ammo. Only have 1 mini nuke though. Saving it for something special, lol.

I've been waiting on it, and finally said "Fuck it" and got the game. Awesome. :D
(I wasn't debating whether or not to get the game, for the record. I was debating which version to buy. >.>)
Also, I got "Vault Chaplain" first time around. The guy literally said "God help us all" in response.

Oh well, I'm letting my friend borrow it, maybe he'll want to buy it off me and I can use that money to pay for it on steam or something.

My G.O.A.T was "Vault Loyalty Inspector". I guess Im a Vault equivalent of the KGB. I tried answering it as completly random and I still got the Loyalty Inspector. :x Good to know there are other titles.
I redid my stats and took Energy Weapons, Lockpicking and Science. Why look around for the key when you can pick it or hack it? Whatever you choose for your gun, get it maxed as fast as you can. You need that accuracy. I never really put anything into speech, because my Intelligence can usually talk my way through anything.
Although energy weapons are a tad scarce, I picked them because I only need 2 or 3 types of ammo, and they put enemies down hard. Also, when I get to use Power Armor, I wont suffer an accuracy deficiency like small arms does.
Im also surprised the Power Armor in 3 doesnt have the stats it did in 1 and 2. Then again, those older armors were game breakers. (IE. In fallout 1, I caught a rocket like a football, and just dusted myself off)

Fallout 3 looks amazing on computer X.X
Here's a pic of what it looks like on mine:
Not too shabby for a 7950gt that won't do HDR with AA and the vram going bad.

Shouldn't that have been outside? Or at least someplace lighter?

I love the game but i only have two complaints. One, it took me one night to complete the main story line :? . And two after you beet the main story line, thats it, game over, you cant go back and finish the side missions if you want to do that you have to restart
