Final Fantasy X HD Coming to Vita and PS3

I eel like X doesn't even need the remake, since the movies and gameplay are still pretty good. Even if they have a hard time remaking FF VII, it'll be a major fan service. I did enjoy X, and I never did get them their legendary weapons, so I do have a chance to fix that.

Final Fantasy 7, you half-wit idiots at SE! That's the game that will, if remade in today's graphics, save you from your slump due to sheer nostalgia factor and because it's a fun game with a pretty good story. Everyone knows about it and even those who never played it would buy the game if it was remade. You stupid shits even showcased a remade opening cinematic for it when the PS3 launched!

Here’s a fun rumor. Fun because Square Enix tends to announce big projects and keep quite on details, so speculation and rumors are all we have until its next showing. This one comes from PlayStation-focused website PSTime, who claim inside sources have revealed Final Fantasy X†˜s upcoming PlayStation 3 and Vita version is a remake, and not a remastered title.

According to PSTime, these are the details:
It will use the same engine as Final Fantasy XIII, adapted for the PlayStation Vita version.
Character design, stage elements, and aeons are all being recreated from scratch.
The sets and scenes, including CGI, will utilize some sort of “filter” from the Final Fantasy XIII-2 engine to make them look nice.
Magic and some lighting effects are being touched with with the “Luminous” engine.
Blitzball will undergo small changes.
Online options will be available, though their source hasn’t provided details (holy crap, Blitzball online, anyone?).
It will release in Japan during fiscal 2012.

This game started my love for RPG games.

I honestly don't see why to rage about this? It's a great game. As long as they don't fuck it up it will be perfect. And who cares it's not 7? 10 is just as amazing for this reason right here



Plus think about it like this. If they are remaking 10 they may remake 7-9. That or either remake 12 since it may be easier to remake since it was on ps2.

So i'm playing this on the PS2 and i like it allot so far. I'm current;y up to the part where you're on some boat w/ yuna and along the way you fight sin. The graphics are really nice on the PS2 so it would be pointless for me to buy it on the PS3.

I'm liking all of the characters so far, there is even a furrie, LOL!
I'm so having a big crush on Lulu right now =P

On the contrary, Blitzball from FFX as online game, would be really really awesome.
More if each player can control a figure, and theres 5vs5 games :)

This was my second favorite FF game. I loved the visuals, environments, and battles. (Especially the boss battles)

My favorite characters were Auron and Lulu. The story was really well done and the characters were complexed very good. I would fucking love it if Blitzball was online.

If they keep the theatre in Luca, I'm gonna be sitting there for hours just watching the cinematic scenes over and over.

Yo dawg, how do you play this blitzball shit? I can't seem to get the hang of it and that 20 minute tutorial wasn't any help. What is the point of that minigame anyways? Do you get anything out of it? The guys are all over the place and i'm always losing.
