Meru is my favorite char... she's always in my party... though the irregular beat of her last addition sometimes get's me to fail...

I liked using Meru too, but I nvr had her in the final boss fight scenarios

Meru is more useful than shanna/Miranda IMO... that's why she's always around....
she can deal huge damage both Physical and magic wise and can heal... shanna/mirinda is only good for healing...

I agree meru is more useful. I finished all the additions to the max and I must say the most troublesome one for me is rose's demon dance. dunno, but the slowness of it at times really ticks me off... XD
my full party is Dart(duh), Haschel and Meru. I find that lineup to be most stable both physically and magically, not to mention their additions are cool. XP

Just because I like the look of all of their additions. This game is legendary, I remember the first time I played it was when I got my PS1, and it came with a demo disk. You started out learning how to dragoon morph with Rose, and then running around to encounter random battles. I used the addition system and got hooked, went out and bought the game the next day. It was my first Playstation game, so it holds some very special memories in my heart(First VG character crush was Shana, >.>). Now that I look back, it's probably one of the highest quality games available for the PS1, 1.08gb of gameplay is extremely large in an era where 500mb was considered pretty big.

really? the "gust in the wind dance" move was a real pain for me though.
now that reminds me, i still haven't seen the inside of the box with a code.
i need to play this game again

gust of wind is easy... the only tricky part is that is that it speeds up a bit midway followed by a quick press successions... though once you get the timing once you will be able to do it more frequently...
as for the box with the code the item changes depending on the amount of tries you have left... the best item you can get there is the accessory that automatically times your additions with no penalty....

Ah, I stumbled upon this thread by mistake, and suddenly I'm wondering why the heck I didn't finish this game??? Now my disc two is in a horrible condition and my disc 1 has gone. Are they anyone here that can give me download links for this game? I would rather have direct downloads since torrents don't work for me.

I never used shana lol or the real question is who used shana throughout the whole game...i did once but she was bad...i had a hard time against bosses cause of her lack of power and hard to get her D power up

Ok, The Legend of Dragoon is by far the most amazing game i have ever had the pleasure of playing and owning. It was made for the PSX A.K.A. the PS1 it had great graphics for its time the and story line was absolutely amazing. with the way the story went, a prequal could easily have been made and yet it hasn't. :/ Has anyone else played this game? What are your thoughts on it? I'm currently in the process of completing the game data for the 5th time (it'll be first on my PS3) my last run through i got all dragoons to level 5 Dragoon and most of them had their master abilities. I also got all 50 stardust and defeated all optional bosses (:
Also a couple of final thoughts.
If Sony were to Remake this game would you buy it?
Do you think they would mess it up?
Are there any changes that you think should be made? (aside from graphics)
