Spoiler:
I meant in case I have to REINSTALL the game.
if, for say, I copy the game folder into my external hard drive, could I just copy-paste the game folder into my computer in case my machine would need reformatting? or is installation the only way?
I know you could just copy-paste a game without installing it... but this doesn't apply to other games, so I'm just asking to make sure.
In this case, yes, you probably can. As long as you have the files, it should run fine.

Awesome. That way, all I'll have trouble with is the font and the Unicode settings, which should be easy for me now...
Anyways...
I Figured the battle would somehow effect the girls towards you... :/ learned that on battle 4... damn stage made me repeat it so many times.

When i installed it, i didn't need the CD 4. Just the CD 1,2, and 3.... Beat the game already without any problems?

That's obvious lol...
well, you need to keep the Elsior a safe distance with the Emblem Frames, since you need to hit Alt + S quickly to re-supply all.
Heck, I sometimes charge with my Elsior, since it's 4 main lasers has a high damage.

Darn ship has good offense? I thought it was just getting lucky whenever it killed an enemy, seeing as how I only its weapons as something like water sprinklers.
Currently in the mission AFTER...
Spoiler:
I haven't gotten past the one where you get the Elsior past a LOT of enemies as well as defending your rear from enemy reinforcements, but I'm patient.... still, got any tips?

(The one with all the attack satellites?)
Learn the range of the enemies. Only a couple are close enough to do significant damage. Keep the Elsior back until the closest two satellites are destroyed, then go and don't stop for anything. Have one angel (Trick Master due to range preferably) stick around the Elsior for reinforcements, and a pair of each attack one satellite at a time. Don't waste your specials on anything less than full Hp enemies. Provided the AI doesn't royally screw you over, you'll be fine.
Well, that worked for me.

Thanks. The trackmaster as the guard sounds like a good idea. I'll try that

Sidenote: I like your avater :D. got a bigger voersion of that?

Oh, and to not get sidetracked from the thread, you should know that installing this would require you to have the Japanese unicode settings set.

Regarding the picture... just deliver it to me via message, just like posting the pic in a post of a thread.
oh, just in case you don't know, this game has cut-scenes, but are NOT translated upon installation. so, go here and DL the SUBTITLED MOVIE PACK. You'll notice 2 links, but you'll only need one of them so just choose one. Oh, and to state the obvious, you'll also need to DL the ENGLISH PATCH to have the game translated.
Lastly, if you're now able to play the game, you'll notice that in the options menu, you can customize the quality of the graphics. DO NOT CHANGE FROM 32BIT TO 16BIT, otherwise, the main menu, will turn back into Japanese. Why does this happen? Probably a glitch of sorts. If you somehow turn it into 16bit, just turn it back to 32bit to restore it. Note that this weird glitch only applied to the main menu (at least as far as I'VE seen) so if you want to go 16bit and prefer to bear the Japanese main menu, that's up to you.

Wooo... I'm kind of lost.. I was saying that I Installed the game using only the first second and third disk and not the fourth disk... And had no problem beating the game without running into any game issues without the fourth disk. It kind of looks like everyone ignored the first half of the sentence and just looked at the second half only >.> So i was wondering what the fourth disk is for if i didn't need to use it.
