Holy shit, fastest Jhen hunt ever (well for me), 14:42.

We had a gunner and she just clusted the living fuck out of the Jhen; before we could even break the first spine crack, she already broke the tusks and left arm.

Not bad. Is that Jhen+???

My fastest with 3 man was 16 mins.

Nah, it was regular Jhen.

There were 4 of us, one in Yamamoto+ with Dark SA, one Helios with Frost Axe, gunner with Shades, chakra waist/arms, leather pants and Rathling+, me with Vagnis and Ala Hammer.

Wouldn't mind running into that gunner again for Jhen+.

After seeing that gunner clust the crap out Jhen and remembering those 2 gunners I was with during Jho event, I wanna gun now.

go hunt jhen+ once he's back then do the amagi+ which I wasn't able to finish. Then try to get the barrage earring for extreme clust spamming.

I just don't know what gun parts to forge, making a gun is a bit more confusing than I thought.

If I'm right.... Devil's Grin barrel, Rathling Gun+ frame and Chaos wing stock I think.... Or you can ask kadushy since he's using the gunner set of jhen.

A couple of weeks ago, I forged a light bowgun offline and tested it on a Great Jaggi, a bit ticker to gun when it's just me and Cha-Cha. Didn't like much, but I'll look into gun parts.

As for the Amagi+ set, one more Los plate and I can forge the whole thing.

Nice. Dunno about what skill to put, but I've seen some with Recoil Down +3. You can customize it on your own way though if you want.

Best clust set would be the Jhen+ set with barrage earrings. Try to gem in:

-Load Up (Auto - if you have barrage on)
-Recoil +3
-Clust S All Up

-Frame: Rathling Gun+
-Barrel: Rathling Gun+
-Stock: Agnablaster

Those will be the only thing you'll really need if you wanna go speed clust Alatreon... but if the team sucks then I have nothing to say.

For a Pierce set, I prefer using the following pieces:

-Frame: Jaggid Fire
-Barrel: Devil's Grin
-Stock: Blizzard Cannon

And the armor shall be the Diablos+ with Black Leather Pants with at least these skills:

-Adrenaline+2
-Pierce S All Up
-Pierce S Boost
-Element Attack Down (Useless with the gun combination above.. to me at least)

Gunning is pretty easy. All you really want to know is what pieces of the gun to combine to form what it is you want to shoot.

I just learned that Jhozilla is possibly more aggressive than regular Jhos.

hell they are. When facing regular jhos, you have enough time to set up trap or baits, but when facing jhozilla, you have 10 seconds to set up everything. After that you'll immediately cower and get hit by it's jaw.

The last Jhozilla I fought yesterday wouldn't stand the fuck still, constantly chasing after everyone else because they scattered and occasionally attacked, 48 mins wasted just running most of the time and occasionally attacking.

There was a point during the hunt where I thought it was gonna die, but nope, it just kept on going.

Since Jhozilla is big, it's advisable for everyone to stay underneath it's belly. Oh, and GS users who use level 3 charge interrupts jho big time.

Well I stayed pretty close to it's legs, but everyone els was running around when not fighting, making Jho run all over the place chasing them.

Still, it fucked us up, biggest waste of pots.

PRO TIP: Lay traps immediately then Drugged meat. If you can manage to put him to sleep, nuke his face then lay a trap somewhere near it's feet. The moment it wakes up and gets caught in the trap. Pound it's stomach with everything you got. Simultaneous trap works well on jho. Shouldn't last for more than 20 mins if you guys can execute it well. PS: We did it with all blademasters.

EDIT: Oh yeah, Usually, I'd be the one to set traps on the beginning so we can get around 15 seconds of free hit. I also lay bait/meat to keep a hungry jho happy.

I just hopped on and played since I haven't played in a while and I just sucked. Played 2 rounds of bedeviling the jho and yeah.. hard shit was hard and I died 2 times on both... got 3 gems out of those 2 quests though, but meh it's useless.

Not having played for a while really really kills, you know? I usually just use a max of 5 Mega Pots and a max potion, but dayum!! freakin' hard!

dayum. I haven't tried bringing 5 since Jho's attack hurts. Anyways, I always hunt with full recovery items.
