Kratos and Duke Nukem... yeah, definitely. Though Kratos did sort of degenerate into full-blown insanity by the end of God of War III, really hard to root for the guy; and Duke Nukem is really just a misogynistic wanker.

You know what? I'm gonna go ahead about say: Gordon Freeman. Yes, he's a scientist and a nerd, and he doesn't really speak so for all we know he hates being herded around being mankind's "only hope"... but any man who can boast a PhD, yet still be able to wipe out entire squads of an alien-trained military group, must be packing some pretty huge balls in their HEV suit.

For those that don't know who the hell this guy is, well he's the main hero of Blasto. He's a muscular captain that fights and annihilates aliens and on top of that, he saves a lot of babes along the way. Plus, the game itself was that DAMN hard to beat so it adds extra credit to him.

I gotta agree with the rest of your picks though. Kratos, Duke Nukem, Snake and the rest are all awesome.

Whilst I will happily admit Aurons defeat to Dante, Duke Nukem never came off as manly to me.
