Pokemon X & Y

It appears that my Venusaur's chlorophyll doesn't activate the same turn my Charizard mega evolves to Y for the drought in double battles. If that's true then Heliolisk's solar power probably won't work either. My plans for domination are ruined. :( Any advice?

Get a Ninetails with Drought. Well, that's what I did.

Drought for Y Charizard doesn't goes in effect after Mega because Moves has already been placed before the Weather.



Ninetails with Drought activates instantly right after it's on the field of battle.

So, I picked up Pokemon Y a few days ago and have recently started messing with Wonder Trade. So far, I've gone through at least 5 different Charmanders and 4 Froakies. Are there just people out there that are breeding those two starters and giving them out? It kinda makes me feel like a douche, since those were the two that I had already picked out earlier in the game before trying out Wonder Trade. At least I managed to get a couple of pokemon that I wouldn't be able to otherwise, like Vulpix, Gengar (it was originally a Haunter), and Golem (Graveler).

Yes,you pretty much "joined in" when most people have completed the game and already started focusing their time on EV and IV breeding. You're still better off than most people that started playing on the release date that only got Caterpie, Pidgie, and Scatterbug..lol

I got my Timid/Protean Froakie from Wonder Trade.
Even my Box is now filled with duplicates from breeding.

Anyone has Sylveon and Ditto with Hidden Ability? ;_;

Are there any way to breed pokemon with HA? Or is it just luck?

The OST is now available on iTunes. Everyone should buy it at this price. It's a great deal even if it's just for the Pokemon Origin tracks.

You can control the abilities and nature of newly hatched Pokemon. The female parent's ability is the one that will be inherited by the new Pokemon most of the time(making the female hold an Everstone helps a lot. Nature can be passed down from a male parent too but inheriting a male parent ability is difficult in my experience). That includes Hidden Abilities as well.

True, as I was able to breed my HA Eevee so I could get both Sylveon with it's Hidden and Espeon with it's hidden. Trust me, Espeon's hidden ability is HUGE.

I don't seem to have many good Pokemon in my Friend Safari except Quilladin as my sister's friend safari link has it, so I can normally get his hidden about 90% of the time (and can control when she is online) and use GTS to get others hidden (just have to make sure I say Hidden 4 Hidden and put the levels 31-40). I've only had that fail once when some asshole gave me an Eevee without the hidden, the next one I put up the same way had that.

I want dem hidden Sylveon~

Max Friendship. Use Return + Pixielate + Pixie Plate = AWESOME.

I'd recommend Hyper Beam if you're really dead set on utilizing Pixilate. Sylveon is okay in physical moves at best. Really, the only one worth giving hidden abilities to, in terms of Eeveelution, would be Espeon, Vaporeon, and Leafeon.

I love Sylveon so yeah~ XD

An AI using it doesn't mean anything if it's unobtainable.

At least there's a chance they'll be obtainable in the future...

The only chance is through Poke Transfer, it will still be unobtainable in Pokemon X and Y.
