Most of those YT vids probably only show games that're more hyped here in the U.S. than anywhere else. That's why God of War is even in such a list (not gonna lie though, GoW is really good).You should probably just try looking elsewhere if you want better recommendations for anime/JPN released titles though. You have to remember that most of the games that're in japan dont see a stateside release and vice versa (sometimes).

Also, if you want to keep up to date with the latest info for PSP and Vita, I'd highly recommend pspgweber.com and psp-hacks.com. There are a few others but those two are the sites I frequent the most for info on the consoles and game releasals and etc.

About PSVita... The graphics, and performance speedwise has definitely been upgraded. So if there is a game that you really want on it, you should definitely buy it (of course, to be safe, after all these bug issues that have been going on seize to exist). I personally like Monster Hunter and FPS games, so I guess I would wait for those.
The only thing I ABSOLUTELY HATE ABOUT VITA, is that they have no way to play bought UMD games. This is so stupid, it's like promoting people to go and pirate PSP games because there is no point in buying UMD's for VITA anymore... Even with the passport thing, you still have to pay a certain amount of money to use that thing and convert or whatever with it, and there are still MANY MANY GAMES that are not compatible with the passport thing. Plain stupid.

And majority of the sites I'd normally frequent were using fileserve or filesonic, which no longer have their links up. So no, since I'm still looking around myself for more sites.

Megaupload got shut down by the US. Meh I loved that site before it got shut down cause an anime for iPhone/iPod Touch site was using it as well.

played the psp vita at my local gamestop. felt light and the demos on it was awesome. though what ticks me off is that i will have to pay for a digital liscene for teh games I already own for my psp. though I hear it will be like 5 or 9 bucks per liscene.

Psp has a ebook reader. It's a custom thing called bookr.
Edit:
I checked with my vita.. it wouldn't play pdf/lit/epub or mobi. I believe if you use the browser you could read txt or semi pdf. Also sony will make a app soon. Plus like in the psp there a comic book reader.. i sure you can but i have no idea the formats it uses or coding of it.
My brother is getting his tomorrow or monday when he goes to work.. i'll see if the na one is different.
