Rufus is pretty good, the fact he can connect his first Ultra into almost anything makes him real dangerous.This bastard is so top tier its ridiculous, Ex Snake Strike..150 my ass! he really doesn't seem all that different from vanilla. also lets not forget his Ultra II which will catch you and suck you in so it can work well as an anti air attack, but mainly used as an anti shoto ultra since the thing is invincible vs fireballs.

From what I've seen playing against him, he didn't get any nerfs. Infact, his angry scar made him a little worse since when he uses it he interrupts the flow of battle. The only good thing is that I haven't actually seen people even remotely use angry scar.

He seems like he got nerfed to me. He doesn't own me as fast as he use to

Of course it was sarcasm. Dan is below bottom tier, which is why I cry in a corner when someone can beat me with him. ;_;
Ryu is my personal favorite too. I've played with him since way back in the SNES era with SF2 Turbo.

Been working on nothing but Ibuki's fireball dodging techniques. Seems like Cr.Mk slides under all fireballs including Sagat's low tiger shot.
