Yes it is. You can either have ssf4 and download the dlc, or wait for the disc based version to come out in 2-3 weeks

I love AE though I have 1 complaint. Why no challenge mode for the new characters? I know I could look up combos online but still it would be nice.

Thanks, so far everybody has told me to use ryu, and I have kind of gotten the hang of some basic stuff.

To be honest, I'd suggest starting on playing Super Street Fighter II Turbo, but that's just me...
As for SSFIV, Ryu is always a good start, but I'd also suggest finding a character that you like the best and start working on the particular character that you like and build your fundamentals based on that character.
