Anyone have any good info about this awesome continuation to the street fighter series?

Gouken
-Good zoning (good fireball recovery and palm can go through fireball)
-Pretty good pokes, good sweep and st.hk
-Meterless ultra setup (back throw)
He's got a fairly weak close up game, he can't combo into anything from his light punches and kicks. I haven't played Gouken since the AE patch but I think he received some decent buffs. Use st.hp xx ex palm then follow it up with a medium palm or dash up and tatsu. His wake up options are ex.flip and his counter. I would say his most reliable anti air is cr.mk, you can also use cr.hp, counter, or lk.tatsu.

Well after pumping more hours with Gouken and analyzing myself. i realized i just suck but other than that

i use cr.mk thinking its a long poke
im always in their face
not throwing enough fireballs
keep missing with Lp.Palm (didnt this dash forward more?)
no clue how to use demon flip kick or when to grab with the grab version so i opt for the slide
combos? forget about it

They changed the palm in the AE patch, as for learning the characters I suggest doing the trials, even if they're outdated.

I don't play Makoto but that V-ryu guy is definitely one of the best if not the best Makoto players in the world (along side Shiro), and he actually tries to help level up the community by sharing his findings and thoughts, Kudos to him.

So, has anyone here attempted to platinum this game, by beating the Hard combo Trials in the vanilla Street Fighter IV, because I'm in the midst of completing half of the entire cast of the trials, but some are still tricky to complete. I'd like to meet anyone good from FAKKU in an online match.
