It's all on your opinion and I know you will never shut up what with free will and all that Jazz but...1. Motorstorm
2. Ratchet and Clank
3. Heavenly Storm
4. War hawk
5. Ridge Racer
I don't think you've even played some of those games as you didn't even get "Heavenly Sword" right... but yeah, played a little fun-ish game. Also, Motorstorm? O_o That's what I meant by throbbing cock...
But as for some other games that PS3 has that are good: Assassin's Creed, Prince of Persia, Bioshock and CODs. But of course those 3 are on other consoles... >_>

1. Motorstorm - ATVing? Meh.
2. Ratchet and Clank - Meh... it didn't even make the million sold mark. It's slowly becoming dull.
3. Heavenly Storm Sword - This got rated low due to short gameplay and exactness of God of War.
4. Warhawk - I never heard of it... what is it another airplane game? Please.
5. Ridge Racer - It's the same thing as every other one. IMO Burnout > Ridge Racer.

I haven't slept in a while so shuddup if I spelled storm as sword. I have played all of those and I like them. It's all an opinion game in the end. Opinion, opinion, opinion. I have had people tell me the PS3 was gonna die long ago and it's still here. People will say it's gonna die in the future soon but unless they can predict it I will let time tell.
@Afro, lulz knew it wouldn't work. Opinions again. People's opinions is what you got and a person's opinion is what you received.

Ok here is one thing I wanna state... why is PS2 still outselling PS3? Why are ppl in Best Buy buying a fuckin PS2?! Just yesterday I went in Best Buy to look at new computers to laugh a bit and perhaps get a Wii game (I got No More Heros) and in line I saw not one but 3 people buying a PS2. Wtf??? Shouldn't that have stopped by now??? Why is it still going? Because PS3 don't sell enough. Hell there is so much dust on the PS3s in Best Buy when I went to wipe a lil with my finger there must have been at least 9 months of dust on it.

Spoiler:
They are sold out at my Bestbuy. Guess it's just locations. It sold 40K units in Japan last month. Also the PS2 has a lot of good games and some awesome imports. I am going to buy a PS2 next week as well. I spilled coke all over my slim PS2 a month ago (remembers sadness).

Spoiler:
Because the PS2 was a god among consoles.
But in all seriousness, almost every good videogame is released cross console now. Sure PS3 didn't get Gears of War 2, Left 4 Dead or Fable 2 (as overhyped as it was), but the 360 is never going to have MGS4 & 5(which has been announced), LBP, or Infamous (soon to be released). A lot of people like to argue that the Xbox 360 has a wider variety of games, which it does, but that argument is not valid at all unless you have the intention of playing a console's entire library. Also, out of that huge selection of games, what percentage of them are even worthwhile? Also there are people who like to compare the graphics of the two systems... lol. 1080p High Definition is 1080p High Definition.
The bottom line: The PS3 and the 360 are both powerhouses and have their own good exclusives, but most of todays best games are released cross-platform. The PS3 and the Xbox 360 are both good in their own right.

People are buying the PS2 because it's cheap, and its games are cheap. Right now, I could buy a PS2 and some games for it and spend less than I would if I bought a DS and some games.
Plus, the PS2 has so many fucking games, because it's been out for so many years, that it's impossible to not find games for it (especially if you've never owned one before).
Anyways, I have a question about the PS3 - can it play PS2 games? If so, then it's awesome, but if not, then that's a big drawback. It sucks to have several consoles hooked up, and it may even be impossible if you have other things hooked up to your TV. There's no reason for it to not be backwards-compatible, right? Shit, I remember some bullshit when the PS3 came out about one version of the system being able to play PS2 games while the newer version of the system cannot. Isn't that ripping off consumers?

If i am correct, the 60gb PS3 have backwards compatibility but they were taken off the shelves and now they sell 40gb and 80gb versions only now.

A retarded move that equals Nintendo's choice to remove the GBA slot on the DS to have space for that camera-thing.

The GBA slot was removed for an SD slot. The difference here is that around 100 million people already own a backwards-compatible DS, meaning that pretty much everyone who wanted BC already has one as opposed to the less than 20 million BC PS3s. The DSi is just targeting the same people the Wii is targeted for.

I don't see why everyone's complaining when a backwards compatible would probably drive the PS3's price up another hundred and a PS2 costs a hundred. The difference between switching a few wires to plug in a PS2 is so small you would have to be one lazy fuck for it to bother you.

It's just cheaper to make a PS3 with no backwards compatibility. But there's no reason to stop selling the PS2 compatible models. When I bought my PS3, I was disappointed to find out that they didn't sell the version I wanted anymore.
I find that annoying because I have four consoles connected to my TV right now. My room is starting to look like a mess of cables. It also sucks that my TV only has two sets of component slots.

Money. Money makes the world go round and if Sony can cut costs on Ps3 production and in turn reduce the price of the PS2 as for the difference ($100 off the ps3) then they will and they did.

ps3 is my console of choice, it appeals to the casual gamer and devoted alike. has a blu-ray player too! i agree that it was extremely silly of sony to release newer models with fewer features. i mean, not only did they rid the system of backwards compatibility but now they only have 2 usb ports instead of 4! i understand that the idea looked good on paper, not everyone who buys a ps3 will want these things. but why wouldnt they continue to make both? i would easily pay 100 dollars more for those two things alone. why appeal to the more casual gamer and not a more devoted fan of their past systems?
