I think the most recent game was probably... Valkyrie Profile, damn that game is so good, I wish I cared for my PS1 copy when I was a kid. I'd love to still own that game quite a lot of replay value imo.

Majora's Mask.
For the first time too, actually.
I never competed it before because I wanted to 100% it.
Made sure to do the Anju and Kafei quest on the same night I beat Majora.

The general gameplay was decent, and the stealth was alright - but the boss fights were terrible as hell.
But conversation system deserves what praise it got/gets; its really great.

Resonance of Fate...
The story was all over the place, slow to completely stagnant til the very end, and barely answered anything out of the list of questions it arouses.... I barely understand what they even achieved in the end.
This game was my worst experience with a game... yet. I feel I wasted a lot of time and anger for no reward. I didn't expect much from tri-ace (story wise), considering they did Till the End of Time, but... While I never once experienced a glitch or bug (solid designers in their team), they were very uninspired with the placement of their pieces (ally and enemies) across the map, introducing mechanics they almost never use in the game. Gravity, destructible environments and body parts, cover, battlefield design, concealing presence, 3rd party AI, AI that moves across battlefields.
And the theatrics only made some conflicts even more frustrating... "shooting from behind cover to have the character jump back and shoot the wall instead (destroying the cover them-self)...".
Graphics are great, theatrics are cool (looking), voice acting is probably some of the best I've heard (comparing to Till the End of Time... So bad...), Gun-play is fun, for the first half of the game (ignoring bosses and opt-bosses). That's all I can say for the game...

I recently got the platinum trophy for Tales of Xillia. Will be looking to get the sequel next year. ^-^

Just gone done replaying Tales of Symphonia. What a wonderful game. Gotta love the Dolphin emulator and the ability to make it HD. :D

Silent Hill 2 again. I thought I should play it again to get into the Halloween spirit. I had forgotten how amazing it was and how well done the story and atmosphere of the game was. This time I got the rebirth ending and it really wasn't worth considering how much time I put into finding the items required to get the ending. Long story short, it is an amazing game and I recommend it to anyone who enjoys horror games, and I'm not talking about those wimps who think Dead Space is scary, I'm talking honest to goodness horror fans.

Bioshock Infinite. I replayed it after having beaten it once. Now I delved once again into the possibilities of potentially infinite parallel universes.

A little late, but I finally beaten The Last of Us, probably one of the best games I've experienced and Joel and Ellis will go down in my book as two of the most memorable game characters for the year.
