I found steins gate visual novel better than the anime.

I actually prefer them not adapting it. Dont want a ruination of a masterpiece by forcibly combining all the routes.

Then again, it might work if it's only Haru route.

If would be nice if they make only a Haru route. It would be awesome if type-Moon animated this, I loved their Fate zero animation.

We could have a single episode for the individual chapters.

Type Moon is not a studio anime. The one adapting Fate Zero is ufotable.

Mmmm playing Fate Stay again since I haven't found any new translated works. Since there is so much going on about White Album 2, I am hoping that it gets translated soon (well at least the original PC version).

Completed Baldr Sky Dive Two. Is me being wrong all the time going to be a thing? I complain twice about the H and Giga adds the secret files; the route H scenes are still so-so but having more Noi shut me up. I say that gameplay suffers from imbalance; melee is obscenely powerful and immensely satisfying not only to use but also to build, I spent half of the game throwing random moves together and making them work. The interface is also very user friendly and highly customizable, cosmetically as well, even having rebindable keys for all the shortcuts in it's extensive options menu, other VNs like Majikoi are adopting this practice of using common sense when making a game and hopefully other VNs will pick up on that too. The story was just great, . I am satisfied with how this turned out, going to move onto the fandisk Baldr Sky DiveX and hope for more Noi.

Eh, BS X is a disappointment. I suppose the sex scenes may be worth the pursuit, but that's only for some of them, and the artist is different. The story basically tells what happens slightly after True End, and how the events in 'That' 0 affects these new events.

And Kou was so, so, so, so much weaker is not even funny. Then again, he doesn't need to fight for his life and murder millions of enemies.

Finished Shinigami no Kiss wa Wakare no Aji. It's a mediocre plot with okay writing. One impression I got is the writing tries too hard trying to be serious. On the other hand I enjoyed the cuteness of the heroines, they each fit their niche quite well: Childhood-Friend, Tsundere, and Kuudere.

Hello, avid VN-readers. =) Haven't read a VN in a rather long time so I decided I would find 5 of them to work on after waiting this long and reading posts. Last one I finished was Sharin no Kuni, Yuukyuu no Shounenshoujo and I can recall that I was left pretty teary-eyed at its' ending.

Anyways, at the moment I'm currently reading a VN titled 'Subarashiki Hibi ~Furenzoku Sonzai~' after which I was given a recommendation by a friend to read it. It will be the 1st of 5. Started reading a bit ago and it's been going at a good, steady pace so far. I've read a moderate amount of untranslated VNs before and understood them... however, I do need to read much slower and use my brain/think a whole lot more to do so. So this will be a nice challenge.

Into the 1st chapter (it's in chapters... how different xD). Other than it having relatively intriguing and nonsensical(?) dialogue, there's not much I can say about it. Pretty much reading this blind (didn't read a story preview or anything) and had just barely started it... so that might be why.

Playing Grisaia no Kajitsu.
I think i love the protagonist(He is The Gadgfly incarnate), at least most of the time. Then he makes some weird choices, but then again, he hadn't a normal childhood...
From afar the girls seem generic archetypes(i mean, a maid, a kuudere, a child, an outgoing one, a (pseudo)tsundere...), but i will wait, it seems like it's an slow vn. Not that i'm not liking it... And maybe it will get even better when things start rolling.

I finished Fate/ Hollow Ataraxia, it's a real shame that this was a VN acting as the sequel to Fate/ Stay Night because FHA cannot fulfill the expectations set by FSN. As a fan disc it's doing well to satisfy the people who played the previous FSN with entertaining distractions but the story relevant portions felt lacking, because the bonds between new and old characters felt very forced, as well as the new characters just feeling straight up unappealing or underwhelming compared to the old ones. Part of making a sequel is making returning characters play an important role in a new story, a majority of the characters from FSN played a passive role having no actual influence on the events occurring around them. It was a distraction but it's not a decent sequel to Fate/ Stay Night it could have been an entirely different franchise, in fact it might as well be, and have done better.

Also reusing the H CGs from FSN is going to fool no one.

... It's been two months. Or at least one month, I can't recall.

During this entire two months only Baldr Sky Zero had managed to attract my attention. Everything else fell short even from just the look of their synopsis.

... Am I too picky? Or did anyone else feel the same?
