Saw this a while ago. An even weirder moment of their first scout tank Zerg swarm, especially the Spartan box formation.

Found a good position for top tier matches in heavy tanks on Erlenberg (one of my least favorite maps), using one of my least favorite tanks, the Tiger 2.

5.5k damage using the long 88(this game gave me the 4k double to buy the long 105 though =P). The dpm is astounding. I do play very carefully in my KT much more so than my other tanks since I hate it so much. It's armor is just garbage at tier 9 and 10, and I feel aside from pen, the T32 is just a better tank all around.

There was a time when the KT was a beautiful tank to play, even the Tiger I. But times changed, be not much to do bout that. That said, my favorite spot on erlenberg is give or take the very middle. It works regardless of what mode it is (It's better for defense assault), then again, that's for my mediums.. For heavies, always the south if your on the north team, And always north for the south team.

4174 dmg dealt, 5220 potential received, was alone and capping enemy base when a Hellcat started capping ours and an E-25 and his f*cking machinegun killed me. I also had a damaged gun, which by then just took a break. I've never been so angry at a premium tank.

Also, since I don't know what to do and for now am happy at Tier 7, I'm starting the French TD line from the S35 CA (skipped those horrible things before it).

EDIT: Ok this is stupid. I just did a camo comparison out of curiosity, and ARL V39 has slightly better overall camo (stationary, on the move and when shooting) when compared to ISU-152 - both having camo net and camo paintjob. Can someone explain me why ARL snipers usually fail so much? :U

You will never understand why until you have driven a ARL V39.

Its simple,

Its a piece of shit all around.

The gun Traverse is just damn bad and it literally has no armor.

A HE shell will kill you and arty has no problems piercing your hide.

But I still love it.

I recently picked up WoT over the summer. My highest tier tank is currently my M6 Heavy (American), but I just need the money to get my tier 7 T29. Stock grinds are terrible ;~;

Btw data zero, ARL V39 can stop shells.... if it gets hit in the gun mantlet. Happened once to me

So I got the Chi-Nu, and after a few hours of mind numbing frustration and blinding rage, I have come to a conclusion.

Use gold, or let the game part your ass like the Red Sea. My analysis of the tank is in the spoiler.



Now for the T40 I have been using, I had quite a few games with the thing before I got the wolverine and sold the little trooper. The first match that I had that was noticeable was when I managed to outplay an AT2 buy going down a small cliff and stick to his side, letting a Church III get the kill. We lost the battle, but I felt like a bad ass.

The match after that had me on Karelia, in another tier 5 match. In this one, it started off slow, picked off a couple lucky kills. I then notice our east flank has fallen, and I go back to the flag, where an AMX 40 is pinned by a Churchill III and was being flanked by a Matilda. Took out the Matilda, but took some damage, then I went up and played peak a boo with that Church, again using the kickass gun traverse to barely peak out and pop rounds in his turret, and luckily, he never charged me. After killing him, simple job of finishing the arty, but with the AMX 40 and myself being the only survivors, and the artillery, a M37, already took out 3 of our team mates who tried to charge him. Managed to get the top gun and Ace mastery for the T40.

The final match was on Himmelsdorf, and what made this match memorable was that I did the full damage to an AT2, the majority from across the court yard, the reast when I chased him down across the valley to the east alleyway, where his ass was ripe for the picking. After 2 more kills, I was binned behind the remains of an SU-76 and a KV-1 by a Pz.SLF.IVc, but I managed a shot on a large corner of his by a sliver between the remains. Took a few shots from the accuracy of the gun, but I managed to rock the kill, and we won.

That was a good day.

Also, I just got me a new mouse today, and I am loving it! The best prospect of this thing is that the mouse wheel doesn't fight me, which my old one used to do, scrolling up whenever I tried to scroll down. The coolest thing is that this new one has lights. I am fucking captivated by this.

Imma super unicum cuz I can.

Took me a year of trying but by god I have done it.

Stock tier 5 and 6 grinds are the worst of the trees. Though if you really get into the game it doesn't hurt to toss some gold in for free exp conversions every now and then to just free your way up to tier 6 or 7. Unfortunately, I only made it to elited arl v39 and gotta grind the 50k on that.

What an awful day.

I went back to the Soviets and had absurd games with the SU-85 (like, 1k-1,5k damage per match, that little bugger is good).

The catch? Most teammates were complete monkeys and we always got steamrolled.

Also, I hate when I'm still with camo and binos activated an some moron bumps me.

So I finally managed to grind that fat panzer and got the Jpanther. Best part is that I have the Nashorn maxed, so the highest pen gun was already available to me.

But I did manage to have a couple of kick ass games before I sold the flat Panzer, one of them being in Prokhorovka, a Chi To and myself being the only ones on the west flank, maybe another one, but died off earlier. So we managed to hold ourselves against 6 or 7 tanks while I hanged back and sniped while the Chi To baited them while he was in a fox hole. We managed to get 6 or 7 kills between the two of us.

What really had me reeling in shock and adrenaline was that a T-28 tried to hero rush past me. I managed to turn enough, just wanting to get a shot off of him, not let him get behind me, hoping for a track. Instead, I detonated his ammo rack. I cannot believe my luck even now how I managed that.

Anyway, we won by cap, a lone arty hiding out on the hill in the north east corner. Our arty didn't have a chance to get a shot off because of the few seconds in the match by the time he was spotted.

You use 8,8 or 7,5 L70 on Flat Panzer?

I use 7,5 L70. 8,8 pen was annoying.

I went with the 88. The 75 does have better pen, but I find the 88 makes the enemy keep their heads down. I have a history of people taking shots from the 75 and not giving a dam, but the 88 makes them think twice.

I'm probably one of the few madmen who think Jagdpanzer IV is better than Jagdpanther. lol

Maxed camo skill, camo net, camo paintjob, L70 gun and rammer = stealth machinegun. Loved the little bugger. :3

Also, yesterday I got my Ace Tanker in the SU-85, almost got enough exp for the SU-100, then I guess I'll stop there with the Soviets (I entertained the idea of going up to the less popular fast TD line, but SU-100M1 and UralSmash are just weak).

So I decided to get a KV-2, and thus, need to grind the KV-1 to get the thing. First off, I just wanna say I forgot how great the tank is. Now, I wanna say that I died in the most epic way possible, and it's the way I died that was awesome, not some last stand.

So it's on Southwest, and I'm on the south path. I'm pinned down by a Churchill I and I'm on my own. At this point, I've taken quite a bit of damage, and I'm at about 60 or so. Then, out of no where, a flying T-49 kills me. I swear, the little fucker leapt off a cliff and landed right on my ass and took us both out. Guy was a fucking bad ass, and due to my short time playing this game, this was the most unorthodox, random and just plain awesome thing that happened in my presence.

The only thing that comes close to how bad ass that sounds is when I was on Serene Coast.

We were capping, I was in my e-100 and there an st-l and a t-54. It got to about 90 when the e-50 turned the corner.
Now remember that I'm old as hell on the game, this tightwad in the before time long ago when there were tier 9 mediums and no tier tens. Anyways, the e-50 doesn't get a chance to shoot me, since I fired that ballistic 150 and ammo racked a full health e-50... That was so damn awesome

When you get to the KV-2, make sure you grab the 107mm to simplify the grind for the T150 if you ever choose to pursue it later.

And yeah, beware of pub stomping T49's. They've got speed, dpm, and depression, which is quite ridiculous for its tier.
