I swear, when it wants to cooperate, the IS-6 bounces the world. Had an epic game today in Arctic Region, Tier 8 match: first a Super Pershing, then two IS firing at me from the front, not a single one of them penetrated, I finished the match with a few scratches on the paintjob, full health and Steel Wall. Too bad that I have the game chat disabled, I would've liked to know their reaction. Also bounced some shots from a ST-I, a VK 45.02 Ausf. B and a ISU-152 with the BL-10, don't ask me how it happened. :V
BL-10 has a mind of its own. The gun trolls what it pens as much as its user. But yeah, avoid sloping your lower glacis up, don't overangle so they don't put a shot through your drive wheel into your hull, and wiggle targets with higher pen guns to avoid shots into your turret = god mode activated.

Spoiler:
Your gpu chipset was only on ontario amd notebook CPU's. They're dual core models clocked about 1-1.33ghz per core. Considering how WoT is dependent on the strength of a single core, then you might be pretty SoL =/

I dont know about that.
My Löwe ate one IS-6 alive.
Speaking of scouts, i saw an ELC AMX doing this.
[spoil]

nearly 5k spot damage, dude was master at scouting.

I wish for one day to be able to scout like that. Training myself with my Panzer 1C, the thing can hide REALLY well.

Ironically my only patrol duty badge has been in my IS-6 XD. If you drive an open top american td like a hellcat or such you can also do a lot of spotting with a pair of binocs.

Lol, I got my only Patrol Duty medal with a T82, completely unintentionally by the way (didn't even know there was that medal until I got it :U).
Anyway, I gave myself an early Christmas present and bought a T34 and well, I'll be damned, that thing is a monster. Sure, the reloading and aiming time are both bad (12.65 sec reload with vents and 100% crew), but since I use that thing more as a turreted tank destroyer than a full-time heavy tank, I can live with that. Penetrating almost everything you come across feels so good. :D

I have a bunch of patrol duty medals that I got by accident, in fact, every one of them is a accident.
My most favorite one is PZ3 Ausf A cuz i tend to charge to the opposing ravine and get top on it on province map.
I shoot at every tank I see and my team camps their own ravine and shoot at the tanks i'm shooting then I collect patrol duty medals after riding down the whole ravine.

Get a T30, now that, is a monster. In my opinion however, I feel like the T34 keeps a bit of that american trait of being versatile enough to handle more situations than say, the IS6. IS6 is an all in aggressive tank, but if forced to retreat and defend I'd rather have a T34 rather than making a last stand in an IS6. T34 gets into tier 10 game matchups, but it's still a very effective mini T30.

I thought about it when i got Löwe. It was appealing, but i didnt get it.
Went more on german side high action Sniping.
Also, be careful with people getting close to your tank.
It cant handle close range fight and engine tends to be made out of biscuits and cheese.
That is my last Beta test opinion.
Also, skinning a British TD and naming it AT 8 "Harvester"

I had a few games in it and never had an engine fire, even when shot in the back. Guess I was lucky.
Also had a hilarious brawl with a Jagdpanzer E-100: Live Oaks, Tier 10 match. The E-100 was in the water near the first bridge in the lower right of the map, and on the hill on the other side there was a Leopard Prototyp A sniping at us. I rush forward and get to the left of the E-100, side-hugging it - he couldn't turn, and he was so huge he covered me from the Leopard. Fired some shots into his side, then a M103 comes and finishes him off with a shot in the back.
I do have to play cautiously though, the hull is less reliable than the one of the IS-6 (hull sides and rear are worthless, but the front is surprisingly bouncy when slightly angled), and the tank itself is NOT a brawler (I did that death or glory stunt against the E-100 out of desperation).

Yea, E-100 and Maus arent what they were before. Unstoppable killing machines.
I played the game when there were only germans, usa and russia. The Test age.
Faced off a Maus.
I wasnt able to do shit to its frontal plating.
IT just ate the shells one after another. Hell, every other tier 10 ran away from it.

Maus UFP is 200mm thick and is sloped, either you fire at that super-small LFP (and still pray it pens) or just don't fire at it unless it's the sides of the turret or the rear. The way I see it, either you flank the monster or have artillery bashing it, or just steer clear from it. It's true though, many on the forums lamented that both the Maus and the E-100 are now obsolete (well, they are WW2-era tanks, every other nation has Cold-War era tanks or some sort of super prototype as its Tier 10 tank).
Anyway, I just got lucky with that E-100, he had no cover except from that Leopard (and a Jagdtiger nearby who got flanked and was busy), his fault for positioning himself in a place where his best feature - the gun - couldn't be abused.
By the way, I'd like to ask what crew skills would benefit the T34 the most. My current layout is as follows:

Brothers in Arms gives a nice boost, but overall, deadeye and snapshot for gunner is a good combo to have. But i dont know about driver,
As for loaders, if you use AP and APCR a Inituiton is a good choice and the effect is cumulative. I had it on hummel and OMFG, that perk = pwnage pre arty nerf. The ability to switch from HE to HEAT in instant with 34% chance is a win in my book.
AS for the everyone else, youre pretty much set.

I was thinking about Snap Shot too, but since the turret traverse of the T34 is sloooooow, it doesn't hamper the aiming time that much (plus Vertical Stabilizer helps a lot). BiA would be third skill for everyone, with Adrenaline Rush as second skill for the second loader (I use only AP, so Intuition would be useless).

i tend to keep some variety of shells so i like Inituition.
Also, get some gasoline for it if you want turret traverse to be faster.

I've never seen intuition as a skill worth taking for your first or second. Maybe 3rd with a dual loader tank like the american heavies.

Also, a bit of a guilty confession on my part: I tried disabling the in-game chat with a mod, and I'll be honest, it's a completely new experience. I only play public matches so there's almost no teamplay involved - just everyone doing what they think is the best thing (unless you come across real morons who like to teamkill, go afk at the beginning of the match, and so on), and playing without the constant map spamming, siemas or other incomprehensible tongue (is English so hard) or "noob ", "idiots" etc., feels almost relaxing.
Sure, you need to pay more attention to the minimap, but, at least for me, the game is much more enjoyable (though I do miss the hilarious comments, like when there is a TOG with the team).
EDIT: Also, for those interested, I changed my nickname to the one I have here, 'pihip'. I'm on the EU1 server, my timezone is GMT +1. If any FAKKUer is interested in platooning, even with an amateur, I'd be glad. :)
