At this point Black Moon Prophecy is just a manga with a compelling story and staggeringly beautiful and detailed art. The tits and bits are just the cherry on top of this visual horror sundae.

I'm not dedicated enough to the medium to know if this is the defining work of western hentai, but I can't believe that it wouldn't be in the conversation.

My god I love the art. The porn is great, but the character designs and horror elements are to die for! That said, I'm very intrigued by Lilith and hope we see plenty more of her.
