I question the yandere tag. Shiho is certainly crazy, but I don't see any indication of the extreme
possessiveness that characterizes a yandere. She clings to Hiroaki because she sees him as a

For the moment, Hiroaki has chosen option 1 (with the emphasis
on "endure"). Given Shiho's demanding, overbearing personality,
option 2 probably isn't available. Since she's obviously becoming
more and more depraved, Hiroaki will eventually choose option 3.
