I have to say, I quite like the way their relationship was revealed to us.
At first, you just think she's treating a co-worker rather coldly because it's just how she is, or it was a terrible work day or something, but then their relationship is revealed to us and it turns out she was a bit disappointed that despite her being able to get home early, poor guy was asleep and couldn't keep her company (and it's been awhile since they last had a chance to spend time together).
I also really like how she looks naked with just the doctor coat. And that face of hers on page 8 when she seemed to be getting into it...Nice, I love it.
Oh and I definitely respect the protagonist. When she was complaining after overhearing the other nurses talking crap about her, he said the very words I was thinking, that what others think shouldn't matter because he loves her just the way she is. Definitely the perfect words to say in that situation!
Also what a great head nurse, she knows what's going on and is actively being a wingman for them.
