FYI when you convert percentages to decimal for multiplication, you move the decimal point two places over (Ex. 100% = 1.00, 50% = .50). If you are going to divide by percentage, you take the inverse of the decimal for multiplication (Ex. 50% = 1/.50 = 2).

This is similar to the incorrect assumption that .02 cents is equal to 2 pennies. .02 dollars = 2 cents = 2 pennies. This doesn't take a mathematics major to understand, just proper primary/secondary schooling.

Japan has an approximate population of 128,000,000. About half of the population is female (Divide population of 128,000,000 by 2 to get 64,000,000).

For the result using multiplication, .02% is equal to .0002. 64,000,000 * .0002 = 12,800 women.

For the result using division, 1/.0002 = 5,000. 64,000,000 / 5,000 = 12,800 women.

I did the math based on entire female population including old and young (they did not specify so I figured I would add it to be safe.) But I also only went off one google search so my numbers could be off by a bit. The math I had based off the numbers I got was 65,200,000 / 0.02 = 3,260,000
not sure if I did that right Im not a math major. either way I enjoyed the fap.
