There was discussion for a previous chapter that the MC had powers like the Purple Man in Marvel Comics. After reading this installment, he's more like the asshole version of Professor Xavier. This is mind-bending on a mass scale right now.

Damn, I posted a comment but thought I overlooked something but was right the first time...Y'know what? I still think this story just h-logic run amuck. Ok, I'm not sure the MC's powers are contagious, meaning I don't think the kid the MC mindcontrolled in the last chapter mindcontrolled the student body president and the audience, either consciously or just merely by his presence. If that were the case, the MC wouldn't have felt the need to mindcontrol the mom before the daughter and her master got to her first (Page 4, Panel 2). The only semi-logical takeaway I can think of is the MC mindcontrolled everybody in the audience sometime in the past. But....he's sure everyone in the school is brainwashed? And what about the girl's father, and anyone else she knows not in the school?...??????

Again the scumbag shows a speck of human dignity by checking up on the couple he created. Make note, he only cared about how the guy fared, which is why he probably forgot about the penis warming convince store. It looks like his power is partially contagious as the ideas he creates are now "common sense" even to those he had no contact with. Intresting word choice as she was a sex slave, but is now a cumdump. Sex slave has a more romantic feel that cumdup. I wonder if that change was a translation clarification.

On that point, I must disagree. As toby90 points out, the Scumbag MC
doesn't care about anyone. Far from checking up on Kano, he's simply
taking wicked satisfaction from the fact that he has transformed Kano
from a nice guy into a degenerate scumbag, just like himself.

The Scumbag MC is pure evil. He lost every trace of his humanity long ago.

I'm surprised he hasn't started forcing people to kill each other,
just to amuse himself (unless his powers aren't strong enough
to overcome that kind of moral inhibition).

Your contagion theory gets a big boost on page 8, panel 3.
Kano influences the student council president in the same
way that the Scumbag MC influences his victims.
"After he explained... there were no issues."

So, by simply speaking to other people, the Scumbag MC's victims
spread his influence, and those people in turn become "spreaders."
That makes this series much darker, and much more interesting
(as well as more complicated).

If you've been following my comments in previous chapters,
you know I've been doing my best to spot the clues and put
them together. This chapter introduces a big new wrinkle:

The Scumbag MC can apparently disguise his physical appearance through
hypnosis! In this chapter, his victims see him as an "adorable," well-dressed
young man, instead of a scruffy, hoodie-wearing creep.

Otherwise, as thedecline18 notes, it's easy to become
confused!

I've determined that the Scumbag MC's hypnotic suggestions
are permanent, and Sogeking79 thinks his hypnotic powers
might be contagious (a theory that seems to be supported by
page 8, panel 3, in this chapter).

At this point, it wouldn't surprise me if the Scumbag MC could
actually disguise his appearance.

Nah, this is a new guy from the last chapter. Hoodie rapist felt bad about taking her virginity when the new guy had a crush on her so he gave her to him as his cumdump. I'm almost beginning to wonder the range of his powers since even if he's not there to actively make the suggestion everyone still accepts her as the kid's cumdump.

The thing that makes hoodie rapist smile is that the quiet kid he gave this girl too ended up becoming just as much as a degenerate as himself once given the opportunity.
