So not only does he get to stay there with her, all he has to do is have sex with her? That's just a bonus, really. That contractor guy was just being a wingman! Doubly so by the ending. Sure he can't quite have his tenant living with another in a single room, so he does the next best thing, putting him next door!
Also, I almost want to ask why this doesn't have a Vanilla tag, they certainly make for a cute couple. In fact, if this had a sequel, I can easily see it being a very sweet release.
