LOL...It seems drinking too much is popular everywhere. As for cheating, it sounds like it is widely accepted in Japan. That's like a parallel dimension to me, being that I'm a person from States. Sure, some do cheat on their significant other here but it's still very much frowned upon. There's even a TV show dedicated to catching cheaters in the act over here in the US.

I may have understated the problem.
The Japanese drink a lot, which is accurately reflected in many hentai chapters.
Even in mainstream manga & anime, it's not unusual for characters to pass out
drunk. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that, racially, the Japanese have
a low tolerance for alcohol. They get drunk faster than Americans & Europeans,
and stay drunk longer. Late at night, after the pubs and clubs close, you can see
drunken salarymen staggering around everywhere in Tokyo, pissing and puking
in the streets (they never show that part in manga).
Yet, amazingly, they're all back at work in the morning, sober, shaved, showered,
and on time, as if they had never touched a drop in their lives.

This is an odd (but amusing) chapter. Risa clearly loves her husband (or she
wouldn't be so eager to have his baby), but we know she's been with at least
four other men---Satou, Kuroma, Watanabe, and Hiro (from Real Practice)---
in spite of the fact that her husband is a great fuck with a big cock.
I conclude that, while Risa may be a "good" person in general, she's a true
nymphomaniac (in the clinical sense), driven by insatiable, uncontrollable
lust (which she rationalizes as a desire for "sexual training."). On top of that,
she may subconsciously enjoy the thrill of cheating for its own sake.
No matter how much she loves Yoshiharu, no matter how well he fucks her,
Risa simply can't live without a steady diet of creampies from different men.
Even then, she's never fully satisfied. The more sex she gets, the more she
wants (as we can plainly see at the end of both chapters).

It'll be hard for some to separate the RL aspects in the story from the fact that it's fiction. The cheating is a serious character flaw esp considering her blasé attitude towards her infidelity, so there won't be widespread sympathy for her. Now, there are definitely times when a cheating character should garner some empathy from a reader, but Risa is not one of them IMHO.

In my youth (so many years ago), I was one of those charming rogues (like
Clark Gable) who appeal to married women (even the respectable ones).
So whenever I read a cheating chapter, I look at the wayward wife with
a nostalgic smile, and I think to myself, "She's my kind of gal," because
I identify with her lover(s), not with her husband.

Maybe Hentai has ruined my mind, but why do I feel like this isn't nearly as wholesome as it looks. All the people she learned things from have guy's names. She lies about how she learned it and talks about practicing those techniques which involve getting creampied and sucking dick.

I can't think of any time a reader should feel bad about drawing conclusions from stuff like this. Any reader should be able to feel free to draw interpretation of, inference from, and/or even have criticism of a frictional work. That comes with the territory once a writer publishes a story. Of course, others have the freedom to disagree or point out flaws in another's interpretation, inference, and/or criticism. So anyway...I would like to assume taking the pill worked as it was supposed to and the kid will be husband's and I would like to think she didn't fool around on him since he got that promotion. He still will have a problem with her screwed-up rationalization of her attitude to infidelity.
