It certainly has that feel. Final panel puts the character in a new circumstance, shows at least two other characters, and sets up general ground rules for future possible installments. Wouldn't be the first one to do that and never have another chapter though. I hope there is more to come as well.

In the raws the ad had in bold letters å¿«æ¥½å¤©ç„ which can be read as KairaKu TenGoKu. This is written as å¿«æ¥½å¤©å›½ which means "Pleasure Heaven" with KairaKu å¿«æ¥½ = Pleasure and TenGoKu å¤©å›½ = Heaven, however ç„ GoKu was used and that GoKu means prison. JiGoKu åœ°ç„ means Hell. Hence why he said it's a misprint.
