I think page 4 was intended to address that, even if it is simplistic.

So they both survive a plane crash with all of their fellow friends, classmates and passengers all dying a horrible fiery death, they survive on a small deserted island with no noticable water or food, but then it leads to sexy time, and when they finally do see a boat she wants to stay on the island with him and drown in sex with each other.
Idk man Id get rescued and then have all the vanilla sex they could want once they're back home.

Its clear she doesnt want to go back to her old life but starving and dying on a deserted island doesnt sound any better.

well, considering she basically kept him "hostage" when that boat could've rescued them. prob not gonna be a good ending unless we get a 2nd chapter
