Ah, so slight translation muddle.

Yeah, I noticed that when I was going through these pages. I'm not actually the one who translated the chapter, but I did check the raw and her name is indeed Ichijou in that chapter, so that's not a translation error.

My only guess is that Kageyama is now her "married name" which would presumably mean the guy's full name is Kageyama Nagayoshi.

Edit: and I just noticed the editor mispelled Kageyama, so I'll let him know to tweak that.

but there was probably a hiccup with one of the names. cause the girl in the original story was called ichijou and the dude nagayoshi. the last kairakuten heroines "chapter" named him nagayoshi as well. here she's called kagayama, which is neither the dude's name (if it was correctly translated before) nor her maiden name.
