Urotsukidoji: Legend of the Overfiend - Volume 4

The fourth and final volume of the classic story. For the most part, I'm just going to refer to my review on chapter 1 at https://www.fakku.net/hentai/urotsukidoji-legend-of-the-overfiend-english#8374704, like I did with my reviews of chapter 2 and 3.

However, I will add one additional thing here at the end, which is that I admit I found the conclusion of the set rather unsatisfying. It's difficult to give a detailed explanation without adding a lot of specifics and spoilering it, so I'll just say that my problem is that it felt sudden and rushed. It doesn't really feel like the natural result of the 1200 pages of plot, more like Maeda got down to their last 100 pages and was like "oh, we're almost out of space, better wrap things up".

It's not actively bad, or something that retroactively "ruins" the books. I was just disappointed since my expectations were higher for a plot-intensive work. I'd still recommend the whole set, it's still a cut above the excuse plots that power most hentai, but I couldn't resist complaining a little about being let down at the very end.
