Great Mix of Stories
Probably this book's best selling point is that there's a good mix of stories for you to enjoy it. They all involve monster girl or supernatural stuff in some way but the nature of each story is different. One story might be pretty cute, another a bit on the side of horror, another will be hypnosis oriented, etc. You should be able to find a good number of stories you'll like. In general, each story has a pretty hot (and sometimes pretty cute) heroine that's drawn really well in the sex scenes to emphasize their personality and make the sex scenes extra hot.

Monster Girls in a Mix of Genres
Like many other reviewers have pointed out this book is pretty mixed in what genre you'll find in each chapter, which is either good or bad depending on your view of the genres. About half is your typical monster girl vanilla stuff, which is all pretty good, while the half is a mix of rape, NTR, and horror. Now none of the horror is overly gruesome or graphic and the rape while forceful isn't over the top either (not violent or raped by some ugly bastard/ monster); so if it's not your thing it probably won't be requiring eye-bleaching if you do read it. The NTR chapter follows a slimy creep that uses a hypno app to commit NTR, and easily make it the worst chapter in the book which you can fortunately easily skip due to the blatant title.
Overall, it's an enjoyable book with a variety of monster girls that has good art, sex scenes, and decent stories minus a couple chapters. However, if you're looking to add a monster girl book to your collection then Fakku has a few other books available that are a bit better overall than this one that I would recommend you get first.

Contain some non-consensual Monster Girls
Now I love me some non-consent and mess up monster girls' stories where the monster killed the human during sex, but this story contains some scenarios where the main male human lead is forcing himself onto a monster girl (or human girl) even when she tells him no. If that is your thing then you will 100% love this book, but for someone like me who don't really like when a male is taking advantage of a girl, its a really huge tuned off.
Contain some variety of monster girls like a Genie, Alraune, Slime, and a horny ghost girl who wants to have sex, but unfortunately the rest of the things in this book really ruined the book for me. Does have really great art and the physical book is in high quality.

Monster girls with a little darkness
So, we have a book with a collection of stories feature various monster and fantasy girls, a fairly populate subject here. The girls are all on the humanoid side of the monster girl scale, basically looking a lot like our cover girl here.
The collection includes eight standalone stories plus a single two-parter. The tone of the stories varies quite a bit; while some are fairly happy and fluffy, quite a few of them have unwilling participants and the endings are sometimes rather dark, and sometimes straight up horror. Overall this does make the book a bit tricky to recommend: if you like all kinds of stories and that variety sounds good, then this is an excellent choice, but if you really love or hate "bad" endings then you might not like half of what you're buying (especially if you're on the hate side).
The material here is all from Unreal, which is not a magazine that FAKKU publishes and so is not available via subscription.

Good quality art with a variety of different stories. There's something here for everyone.
The artwork and stories are good to great. The book contains a wide variety of different scenarios from light-heated comedy to some darker stuff. Most of the scenarios involve either monster-girls or some sort of fantasy setting. If you like variety, this book is a solid choice. If you have a strong aversion towards darker subject matter, this book may not be for you. There are at least two, possibly three deaths in this book, though they're pretty tame (no blood or gore). Even so, I would recommend checking out the individual stories listed for this author to see if anything catches your fancy. There's a strong likelihood that at least a few will interest you and I'd argue they're worth a read.
Overall, I rate it 5 stars. There are a few scenarios I'm not particularly fond of, but I enjoyed most of them and I don't believe the ones I didn't like diminish the quality of the book in any way. Some people will likely enjoy those stories and I believe they are still of good to great quality despite not being something I'm interested in.

Welp, I'm hooked!
I wasn't a monster girl fan before, but I am now! Give this book a chance. The art is super sexy and it got me...umm...excited!

Starts vanilla, more forceful as continues
While the first and second chapters are vanilla, as you go further in the stories lean more into a horror aspect where the monsters are predators, or generally forced sex.
And the last chapter has no monsters, its mind control ntr-lite.
I still enjoyed some of these because the character art.
... Also the the mind controlling MC apologized for making his victim believe pulling out works, hehe

It gets better
I feel as the compilation goes on the better it gets.. the earlier ones although look amazing, was lacking a certain level of filth for me to even be interested. If this is your type of artstyle ir genre pref then youd prob love it from the getgo and itd still get better towards end..

Sexy Elfs and Monster Girls!
This book by Ushinomiya was a huge surprise for me! I completely enjoyed this book the artist did an awesome job from the art and the stories to the sex scenes everything was glorious! All the girls in this book are drawn well and vary from Elfs, Demon girl, Beastmen, Ghost, human and other monster girls. The genres for each story also varied there is Vanilla, Femdom, Horror, Fantasy and NTR so if you don’t mind getting a mixed bag of genres in this book I highly recommend this book! Hopefully we get more books and works from this artist.

Very well drawn and written just some tags not showing
I would have to say this book art wise is phenomenal and the writing and translation are top notch, but like others stated there are a few chapters near the end that deal with the Forced tag and it’s not really detailed on each chapter. Not upset with my purchase but there were 3 chapters I did not enjoy reading.

Art is decent, especially the first 6 or so stories. The cat is adorable and the genie is amazing.
If it was just the one obvious ntr, that would have been annoying but fine. Three stories are in some way "forced" and are not tagged as such. Would not reccomend at full price.
