I really do like reading interviews, and some extra illustrations in it is just a great bonus too.
Some great advice too. Yes, criticism can be painful, but also constructive and helpful, too.

I think though, that some people think it is ok to be a-holes if they just 'giving criticism'. I think people can give criticism but not make it into personal attacks. That said, good for Takashi for not giving up!
