Thank goodness Homunculus is back. Feels like it's been ages.
Also, I don't know why people were let down by the ending. I felt it was fine. Felt like a more realistic scenario (aside from it involving student/teacher). Not everybody hooks up after sex, nor should they feel obligated to.

I think it's because a lot of people use the main man's words throughout this whole comic to lead people on and or neg them into sex. Actually, I am pretty sure Pick-Up Artists teach people to do exactly what this guy does here to "Get Some." I'm giving Homunculus the benefit of the doubt that he/she/they don't know about Pick-Up Artists, but unfortunately real life sometimes ruins fantasy.

Hmm interesting story. He isn't just after her body. Also helps her with the search for a boyfriend. But I guess she should realise that she has already one right in front of her. Maybe its about for the time being until she is no more at school. Just hoping it's not too late for him. They make a cute couple.

Homunculus...Homunculus Vanilla?! + A topping of tsundere too? Words simply cannot describe the feeling of happiness at this realisation.
Still, it wasn't exactly...that comfortable finding out about her past of being deceived by various guys, but at least she always has someone to comfort her and listen to her problems, so to speak. When the protagonist said he may as well make her his girlfriend, it just makes me wonder why he didn't do something like that earlier.
It seemed for awhile almost like even our protagonist was taking advantage of the situation, but I really like the ending. Despite everything, he does really care about her and even promises to rescue her anytime she needs him. I'd say a true Protagonist would be able to save her whether or not he gets a call, by some...I dunno, protagonist intuition or something, but just him saying that he'd do that for her makes him good in my book.
...And he claims it's because it's he is her teacher, huh. I guess sometimes it's kind of hard to tell who the real tsundere is, eh?

Indeed, I feel the same way. Tho i would like way more if they ended being a couple instead of being in pretty much the same situation they were at the start.

@Smuggins It all kind of wraps up on the last page. I dunno about pump and dump; he offers her dinner, and promises to look out for her. Indeed, she's a naive girl, but she's also clearly a nyphomaniac considering how much she enjoys sex. Although she's either unaware or in denial of that, he IS aware of it, and aware of how it's gotten her in trouble in the past. Thus, he tells her that he'll always come running to help, or at least be a safer alternative than another gang-bang or pump and dump from a stranger.

Gotta disagree @Gwahahaha. He pulled a pump and dump, but played on her naivete, so that she doesn't even realize it happened. Look at it. No commitment, no relationship, yet he got to shoot his wad and get her to not jepordize his job (which, if he is getting with a student, he really shouldn't be teaching).

HOMUNCULUS! I really like it because is homunculus-sama and the art is great... but I don't feel very happy with the story... they aren't a couple, the girl gets around quite a bit as well... feels weird...

That feel when you put an artist up on a pedestal and they don't meet your expectations lol. While it wasn't eloquent, I think it was more interesting to have a character who has a real-life problem like being taken advantage of sexually. Also, the mindset that a girl who "gets around quite a bit" is tainted is pretty unhealthy IMO. You can have vanilla with characters with sexual experience.

You should work on your phrasing. All this "make her his girlfriend/make her his" stuff really makes it seem like you view the female characters as just objects that the male characters obtain to "protect their purity from other guys" and bang. I know what you mean--I really do--I just think you should view females differently.

I think that maybe I wasn't good into describing what I felt. I won't go as far as put homunculus on a pedestal. I just like it a lot. Also is about saying that the girl gets around quite a bit is not that she is tainted, but is that, he didn't make her his girlfriend, so she will continue on a search for a boyfriend and probably get used by a lot of guys. I just wanted him to really make her, well, his.
