Yeah, teens at that age are extremely volatile at that age. As much as I'd love freedom for my children, dating is dangerous if parents do not handle it properly. For example, in highschool I'd finger my girlfriend in public, mostly because how strict her parents are. It goes to show the extremes some people go to.
