But with regards to people -repping him, I certainly have nothing against him. I think he's made some comments I didn't care for but don't really remember so obviously nothing that I found too terribly offensive. As far as I can remember, I haven't given him any -rep(if I did, I probably would of said so when I did it and said why). It's kinda silly to habitually -rep one person, even if they bothered you multiple -reps aren't called for.

And as for Dexter's Lab, it was a great show. My brother used to give me tapes full of it when it was first on(I didn't have cable but he was off at college where his apartment did). I thought I was so witty to call it Dexter's Lavatory(instead of laboratory obviously).

Haha, but on to the question, I'll leave specific recipes up to Nikon but I can probably give you a few ideas. German potato pancakes are good and should be easy to find recipes for. New potatoes can be prepared a number of tasty ways, although generally as a side not main course. Not really a potato dish, but shepard's pie is great and uses quite a bit of potato. I should know more but I'm kinda blanking out.

Well in the US now it's like 1/3 of people are obese(not just overweight) now right? Recently my brother was on a business trip to France and got to talking to some French guy about it and the guy literally couldn't believe a country could have that high of an obesity rate, despite having known stereotypes about Americans being fat. It really is kinda crazy when you think about it. I think it has to do with our culture of excess, entitlement and victim-hood, the same kinda stuff that plays into some economic problems like a negative savings rate and a stupidly low average equity owned(I think right now the average people own on their homes is about 5%).

Slightly off topic I guess, personally I've never really been into going to gyms. I prefer to do stuff at home or when back home jogging around the neighborhood. At home I do have some exercise equipment though, so it makes it pretty easy to get whatever exercise I'm looking for(not that you really need equipment, push ups, sits ups, jogging, etc are free). The stuff I've got and enjoy are an exercise bike, weight bench, heavy bag(temporarily out of order) and some various free weights and leg weights(which I haven't been using recently for whatever reason).

McAFee is a great free one. From my now outdated experience with Norton, it kinda sucked and does cost money.

Along with a total program w/ firewall, I'd also suggest some other smaller, specialized programs like ad-aware,spybot S&D, spyware doctor, even the AOL spyware protection program is good. There is another(the name of which I forget), but it isn't really of any use unless you really know your computer and the program inside and out.

Well it certainly contributes, but I think there's a lot more to it. I'd say the obesity problem is mostly due to increasing inactivity and the increasing occurrence of ideas like eating until you're totally stuffed on a regular basis is normal, "it's who I am","it's not my fault", "it's ok/not anyone else's business", etc. Really it boils down to a cultural mentality I think.

Well I can't say I really know that much about such things, but I have one idea. Have you been clearing temporary internet files(cookies and such). Getting rid of those could make your computer forget you I think(though I clear such things anyway).

There are plenty of people on here that can give better advice for this kinda stuff(*cough* Hibia *cough*), if one them takes note of this topic they may be able to give better advice.

-edit #5, the last one, I swear it- Coro, I'm also holding off on the bible black one you're not sure about. And if anyone knows the name of "that pregnant lady from Bible Black", please do tell(although the series name is more important then the character name, but still).

I've never watched more then a few minutes of bible black myself, never appealed to me. I guess I just prefer the tame and at least relatively girlfriend friendly stuff. So I don't have it to go dig up names and such.

I wouldn't hold this one against him, it's kinda funny/interesting.
