For the first one, I believe you're looking for the 10th chapter out of Asobare (Dear Sex Friend) by Sanagi Torajirou. The second one doesn't ring a bell for me unfortunately.
It is. A Dragon Quest VI one, to be exact.(C81) [STUDIO RUNAWAY WOLF] ã‚‚ãˆã‚‚ãˆã‚¯ã‚¨ã‚¹ãƒˆZ Vol.4 (DQ6)
The pic comes from "Shirumaga.", a Shinrabansho doujin drawn by SHD. The dude loves his muscly girls, and they're really hot despite the muscles.
Since there's so many manga, I'll just list artists that I know like to draw larger than normal mammaries.
Anyhoos, as Grock mentioned, Amagi Michihito's Megapai has some pretty big ones. Also his Muchiero follows suit with huge ones.
Amatarou's Flower, Daisy, Parade, and Happiness mangas have decent sized tits.
Andou Hiroyuki likes to draw huge tits too.
Distance is a class act when it comes to big breasts.
You'll probably want to get a hold of Fukudahda's stuff too, particularly his Honey Blonde Book.
Kotoyoshi Yumisuke doesn't skimp on breast volume either.
Neither does Maihama Kaede. Draws them huge.
Nagashima Chosuke practically only knows how to draw comically huge, oversized tits.
Onomesin's Oppai Party book should be right up your alley too.
Shiina Kazuki draws them huge too (among other wacky things).
And that's just to name a few.

Could be Ochiru Tenshi by Distance, but that's just of many doujin/manga that fit your descriptions. Sure do hope you can remember a little more details if Ochiru Tenshi isn't what you're looking for.
I think he's actually looking for an artist to draw him something rather than a translation. At least that's what it kinda sounds like.
You're looking for Sugisaranu Hito by Hisasi. Get it from Team Vanilla.
