Vanille does everything awesome in this game. Walking, running, jumping, riding chocobos and pulling levers.
I like Vanille's voice. To each their own.
Next time make sure to be on my team if we're playing MW2.
Gran Pulse Chocobo's are big!

Just one last thing though, The sad thing is that we're going to have to go through it all over again with Versus as it will have the same format
that has been confirmed? :OIndeed. The Fabula Crystallis Trilogy (FF13, Versus and Agito) will feature story driven gameplay over open world exploration, as explained by director Motomu Toriyama. Which if they're anywhere near as good as 13; I am just fine with.
That's not to say the combat will be the same. Versus will have a different combat system from 13.
I am loving how the difficulty continues to go up throughout, so that if you make the mistake of dodging all the encounters you pay for it later.
I am tired of seeing reviews for this game. That Namawhatsit guy grossly over exaggerated FF13's short comings as did a lot of other jaded FF fans. The sad thing is that we're going to have to go through it all over again with Versus as it will have the same format. None of the reviews for FF13 deterred my interest in it and I hope for those that the reviews did that they see how a review like Nama's shouldn't sway their opinion until you play it.

The PS3 character designs beat the PC version hands down in my opinion. If the characters would have looked like this I probably could have gotten more into the game.
I am mid-way through Chapter 13. I spent way too much time playing around in the open field. My time in FF13 is 71 hours according to the timer.

Captain FalconI can arrange this.
As for me, I'd like to meet Bruce Willis. Big fan of his.
Several levels of fucking awesome. It's a damn same that this is a one-shot manga. Have been waiting for a long time for a second chapter to happen.
Still on Chapter 11 doing some missions. I have almost 40 hours into the game according to the main menu timer.
My main party is Lightning, Snow and Hope.

Wow. The beginning of chapter eleven. Not a story spoiler, just a memorable moment that I don't want to spoil for anyone who is playing.Spoiler:
I am right where you're and I felt the same way. It was epic. Also, now there are side missions. I am gonna do a lot of these if not all of them before progressing with the main story. I want to make FF13 last as long as I can make it.

Yes I know she becomes the cool, loving and lovable character I expected she is but this is not after a few chapters. If I was an adult working overtime with only FF13 as something to pass time I wouldn't have enough time to play to that point when she actually realized her mistakes therefore I would look at her until then as an unlikable character and if the character could barely care about what happens why should I?Unfortunately, speculation and early assumptions is something that everyone does, myself included of course. If a person viewed Lightning that way and didn't want to finish the game or slandered her in a forum somewhere as being cold hearted then that person is to blame not the game or it's makers.

Commonsense of course in the limits of the current party! Remember that unlike the previous final fantasies here you can only control one person at a time even with the use of paradigm shifts. The least the game could do is let me choose what character to stick to but noooo I had to play the guy with a chocobo on his hair who probably has lots of chocobo poo on his afro already. It might have been nice to choose a leader for each Paradigm shift, but I am frantic enough as it is now in the game without having to control anymore aspects of it. My only complaint that I really wish wasn't there was an option to get rid of that stupid auto battle tab. If I hit that thing by accident it can fuck up my whole plan from the multiple attacks that do multi-damage to ruining the stagger or at least half of it.

Heck, I fought everything in my path (with the exception of the monster it told you to run by) and still had trouble in a couple fights. Fighting everything along the way, I never really had trouble with regular mobs, but after a point in late chapter 9 I would come across a normal battle that would tear me apart.Same here. It's like after Chapter 9 they decided,"This game is far too easy. What if we make the normal monsters as tough as previous Boss's from early in the game? Brilliant idea!"
I won't complain though. I love a good challenge except when it makes me rage. I keep trying though because that's when you get those awesome feelings of self satisfaction.
