As far as the MMO goes I don't know if I will be getting it since it's not usually my thing. If enough of my friends and people on Fakku get it I might get it, but if I am the only one it's lame.

Hope is one of the more annoying characters in my opinion. I don't like how he is such a coward and has no ballz. Vanille and Hope are like polar opposites. Vanille is an optimist and Hope is a pessimist. Also she is all over Hope and he is all "Get off me". No teenage boy would say that unless they have issues.

I agree. Ive fucked up a few times also. Almost died not paying attention to my hp bar XDLol, same here. It's a good thing that the screen goes red. I am too busy watching the enemies. Also, Deceptisol + Preemptive Strike + Instant Stagger = Rape. I haven't had a chance to try out Fortisol and Agestiol yet. Saving for later as I used up all of my Deceptisol and I have a feeling that is gonna came back to bite me later. Whenever we're up against a large group I quick select hand grenade or at least try to and do as much damage to them all as I can before they go spreading out.

Edit: Also, I didn't think I was gonna like the token black guy in this, but he is pretty funny. Shaping up to be my favorite character other than the ever delicious lightening of course. He isn't all jokes though he has had his serious moments.
Edit 2: Also, I hate it when they dodge. Messes up the attack and wastes gauge as well as ruins the stagger. Need to learn to time better.
Been playing the game for a while now (One hour and 14 minutes according to the ingame timer as I write this) and my first impressions are that it's pretty sweet. I know a lot of you think that stating that the visuals are very pretty has been over used, but really I gotta say that's an understatement. FF13 is FUCKING BEAUTIFUL. Never has buying an HDTV been so justified. The cut scenes are a higher quality than the actual game play and the scenes that take place in the game engine, but all in all it's awesome.
As far as combat goes I like it. Since the characters move about as well as the enemies if you time it right you can get an attack in the does damage to all the enemies at once so you can end up killing everyone pretty fast. If you time that wrong tho it pretty much wastes your attack as you wait for your gauge to fill back up. I think the game is being a little too potion happy. I have 20 something potions already and I have only had to use 3 of those. I didn't find them I just had them at the beginning. They might come in handy later I suppose.

Dark Saber, one of if not the most badass female characters ever created. As she looks at me with her soulless eyes I just want to be stepped on and treated like dirt by her. <3. Cold and merciless as she lays wake to anything and anyone on her path.
Is that by choice or by circumstance? You have missed out on some pretty awesome games if you haven't played anything since 7.

Best review I have seen so far and I'm not talking score wise. Just added to my already substantial hype for the game. These next 3 days are gonna be hard to get through. Modern Warfare 2 isn't cutting it while I am thinking, "Man, I wish I was playing FF13."

Bottom line: I never meant it as a LOL PS3 GRAPHICS RULEZ comment. If I had I would of mentioned it or made some sort of comment to the 360 lack of ability to produce the PS3's quality. The 360 even beats the PS3 in face rendering and frames per second in the game if I remember right from the review. Companies fault, not the game console. So yeah, don't get all mad and start hatin on me.

I agree that all of those are lame except the car thing and the battle system till I get a chance to make my own verdict after I've played it. The car thing is badass. Sexy chicks become motorcycle = win.

If you or anyone doesn't believe there is a difference or doesn't trust the source of those pictures and video feel free to do your own research. There are multiple comparison videos, pictures, several video game site threads as well as many people who've played the game who say that there is a difference.
