I was talking on the KS website about the length of the game and Suriko said the game was 500k-600k words in length. So, I used this to find out how long it would take me to read a route in it. According to the website I read at 161 word per minute. So, how fast do you read? I also did the comprehension test and got 81%.
If the majority of people honestly agree that a rule should be added, changed or removed, then it should. A site should always cater to the majority as long as it doesn't compromise the site in any way. I think that as long as enough people care for something, Jacob will listen and do the best to see that action is taken to address the need.
An example of something that could change would be no guro (guru?) allowed, as it's just to the taste of Jacob I think. If the majority of the user base wants it, then it should be allowed.
An example of something that will not change is the no loli allowed rule. It doesn't matter if the majority wants it, as it compromises the site. The ads say we can't have loli and they pay for the site to run. To go against that rule would mean to lose their revenue and that is a bad thing.
The best place for the suggestion should be in such. Suggestion section.

You are not allowed to advertise anything on Fakku that would effect it in a negative way or if it effects the user base in a negative way. So no linking to other sites like, "OMG Tons of awesome videos and stuffz go here and forget this site" or if you're benefiting financially from using Fakku to advertise your product to the community. That's pretty much standard on all sites unless you ask for permission first from Admin/Site owner.
If your product is freeware like sampler's manga viewer or TKH's VN, it's fine.

Hey guys check out my awesome blinking avatar. Neat huh?
Seriously though. Now that I know that people are having problems with the system, I am not gonna change it to the new gif I made.

I was able to get around to his house earlier today and did some things to his computer to try and improve the boot time and general speed of the computer. It was much to no avail. Before I did anything I timed how long it took for the computer to start up and start all the applications that were on for start up. It took 3:45.
After that I went into MSconfig and put the processors on start up to the max (8) and the memory to the max as well (6,000 something mbs). I disabled some start up programs and a few services and tried it again. The end result was about 3:20 I believe. As I am sure most of you will agree that's still pathetic.
After that I used Auslogics registry defrag to see if that would improve it any. It only ended up finding around 11 files that were in need of repair. I also used CCleaner to have it run through the apps and registry etc to see if it could help as well. The end result was that it would now start up in under 3 minutes. Still, that's pretty bad.
After that I had ultra defrag go through the HDD for a derag which he told me he had never done, not even the default. Right now ultra defrag is going through the optimize setting that it has and I am waiting for that to finish. I will edit this if no one replies or has anymore suggestions to the time it now takes to start up.
I will add one more thing and that is even after the computer is stable and idle if he tries to open multiple programs at once or tries to multitask in anyway really, the computer will bog down and usually the screen for program has stooped responding will come up. Even the windows explorer stopped responding at one point and that had to be restarted.
He was installing some programs and drivers that came with the computer with the disks the manufacturer provided and accidentally inserted the OS disk.

Maybe it will do the same for you. Amusement
Simply type something in the field and it will tell you who you write like. For me it said Cory Doctorow. I used my first post in this thread for it to look at.

Gaara would win. I would say that he has greater manipulation over sand than even the Avatar. Since you could say there are certain times when one would have an advantage over the other, it's best to compare them when they were at their greatest. It would be Toph with all the abilities she gained over the series and Gaara when he still had the Shakuku within him. That also gives Gaara another advantage over Toph in that at that point in time his mentality was much more ruthless. Where as Toph may hesitate, Gaara would probably go for a killing move more quickly. I can't really recall if Toph ever killed anyone in the Avatar series, but the longer the fight draws out, the less and less likely that Toph would win.
