Shou took three pins out, Damn, three pins, and three people including myself. This better work... He threw one pin onto the ground where he was currently standing and simultaneously threw one of his pins towards Mitori, and the other towards Sadao. First, he teleported towards Sadao before the pin even landed. He put his hand onto Sadao's shoulder and immediately teleported Sadao to the location he was hiding before. Shou grit his teeth ever so slightly after he teleported Sadao; this many marked targets were pushing his limits, but he didn't exactly have time to think. He then teleported to Mitori, and upon touching her shoulder, he teleported both Mitori and himself out. His teleporting wasn't exactly full of finesse this time around so both Mitori and Sadao received teleports that caused them rather painful landings.
"Tch, it's that teleporter again!"
"We need to go after him, he kidnapped a child as well!" Sana said as she remembered the little girl who wore a Tokiwadai uniform, most likely a first year student.
"A little gir-" just as Misaka realized that there was another person who was kidnapped, a loud, ear-deafening sound occured. She literally felt the tremors from the floor, making her almost lose balance, "What's going on?!"
"I dunno, but we need to get out now!!" Touma yelled out so that his voice would be heard, since the explosive sound was so loud, a mere sentence wouldn't be heard unless it's shouted out.
Misaka nodded in agreement, Touma immediately picked up Minase Sana in his arms, supporting her legs and back with his hands; giving her the ride that a princess would receive from her prince, and started to run, along with Misaka, who was slightly angry for some reason, even though it wasn't the time to be angry.
"So... What the hell-" Shou was cut off by a tremendous roar of an explosion that caused even the air to rumble. Then, Shou realized that he'd left Fuyuko behind and went off in search for her in case she was hurt.

Fuyuko watched in awe, but also in fear as a chestnut haired girl, wearing the Tokiwadai uniform, leapt in and charged at the creepy girl. She didn't quite have much time to watch the intense fight though, as the sound of a pin landing beside her head triggered her faded sense of nausea. Shutting her eyes just in time, she was lifted up by Shou and the dreaded teleportation began once again.
While in actuality, she was not a hostage. Misaka cringed at the sight, she didn't think there was a teleporter here. Was this the reason why the hooded figure could escape her Railgun last time she saw him? But she had better things to worry about now, "You alright?!" she asked Minase Sana, looking down at her on the floor.
"Wish I could say that, but I can bare-" Sana coughed again. Trying to get up, her body wasn't responding like she wanted it to, as it ached all over, "I'm sorry but I need sometime for my body recover a bit.
Sadao felt the power of Misaka, as she effortlessly moved him out of her path. Stopping himself and regaining his balance, he gritted his teeth. He was against an opponent leagues ahead of him, but they had numbers. Still with the way she was handling them so far it didn't look very hopeful. Concentrating he worked on coating his feet and hands in nitrogen. As things were now he wasn't he main target. He would take this moment to hide himself, and try to catch the level 5 by surprise.
"Tch, like I'm gonna be scared of you," Mitori smiled, regaining her composure, her clone resurfaced from a pipe that lied beside her on the floor.
Misaka switched her attention towards the clone, as someone who fought that thing before, she knew that it's dangerous, and that electricity doesn't effect it much unless a good amount of voltage is used. Sprinting towards Mitori, with her body glowing with electric light, Mitori's clone created guns from its arms. To this, Misaka's eyes widened, and sounds of gunshots occurred. However, they only grazed past her arms, due to her quick-thinking, she moved aside half-way her sprint, then launched her lightning spear attack, mostly blocked by the clone. Albeit the clone couldn't withstand it for long, and dissipated.
Shou teleported backwards with Fuyuko in his arms using the other pin he threw as a reference and made sure to recall his two pins into his hand afterwards as well. He was a good distance away, but the sound of gunshots and explosive electrical surges could be heard along with the occasional flash of light. "Good lord..." Shou let out a deep breath, despite not actually having physically exerted himself; it was a breath that he'd been holding since he saw the railgun. He was surprised Misaka Mikoto didn't decide to just kill someone on spot. "You've got some scary friends Fuyuko... Then, Shou thought for a bit, I need to somehow get back in there. There's no way that they can handle the Railgun, doubtful without a sound plan. But, I need to get Fuyuko someplace safe. I could knock her out but... Shou weighed his options. He wanted to help or save the other two, but he wanted to continue to preserve a positive image for Fuyuko. He could use it as leverage later, and besides, the little girl wasn't like the criminals he'd killed before. He could kill two birds with one stone if he could just find some way to restrain Fuyuko.

Shou took a bite out of one of the dinner rolls he had while sitting next to Fuyuko against the wall and a good distance away from the rest of the group. Shou noticed Fuyuko in seemingly deep thought and watched as her winced as if she was trying to solve a difficult problem.
Munching on her melon bread, Fuyuko continued her internal conflict. She glanced at the man sitting next to her, trying to determine whether there was any form of malice in him, but she failed to find a single trace. Kidnappers were supposed to be old, scary, perverted men, but Shou definitely was not old, scary or perverted. The other two people there on the other hand sort of fit the bill though. They weren't quite old, but they were most certainly scary. It was simply difficult for Fuyuko to find a logical connection between Shou and the others. She also didn't understand what she was doing there either. If Fuyu were kidnapped, Fuyu would be tied up too, right? A few creases appeared on her forehead as she contemplated whether or not she was kidnapped. It was then that she thought of a better idea. Why think so hard about it when Fuyu can just ask! Fuyuko thought that if indeed she had been kidnapped, since she was there already, the worse that could happen is that she would be tied up too. Thinking too much simply hurt her brain and so she simply popped her question out loud, "Onii-san, are you a kidnapper?"
Shou put his hand on his chin and closed his eyes, telegraphing that he was in deep thought about how to answer, "Hm...yes?" Shou said with confusion both in his tone and on his face. Then, Shou brought his face closer to Fuyuko and whispered, "Well Fuyuko-chan, to be honest, it doesn't really look like any of us want to be here. But, if we want to be safe, we'll have to stick around. Understand?" Shou tried to sound less like an enemy to gain some trust with Fuyuko.
"Okay..." Although she replied as if she had understood, Shou's confusion threw Fuyuko into confusion too. However even though she didn't fully understand what he meant by not wanting to be there, one thing at least was made clear to Fuyuko. Fuyu has been kidnapped!
Sana slowly started to regain her conscious again, but as she did, she could feel her body's muscles ache in pain, as though she was rammed against something hard and solid. Her head felt heavy. Bewildered, she lacked a clear idea of what happened that lead to her losing her consciousness yet again. Trying to move her arms and feet - she felt brief pain as her muscles cried out as she quietly groaned - she came to the sad realization that she was restrained by a doll-like figure that was reminiscent of a person who brought her here. She took her time trying to remind herself of what transpired before she was knocked out. Vivid memories regarding how she fought a shady and villainous person flashed under her head, about how she attacked her adversary with bolts of thunder in a fit of rage, and how he retaliated, and soon it turned into a wild goose chase in which she found herself running; fearing that he'd shoot her dead. It was a terrifying experience, I take it that girl got involved at the last second... Sana thought to herself as she tried to recall everything she could, she saw certain that something caught hold of her, perhaps it was the very same things that kept her freedom of mobility locked even now.
Finally understanding her situation, Fuyuko began to recall what she had been taught to do in dangerous situations. First of all, Fuyu needs to stay calm! Staying calm wasn't too difficult since there was nothing to panic about. In all honesty, Fuyuko was enjoying eating her melon bread. She thought back on how Shou said to stick around, but it only made sense to find some way to leave as soon as possible. Fuyuko didn't want to get scolded by the dorm lady for missing curfew and thus she let her mind wander, looking around to see what she could use to her advantage.
Unsure of how long it had been since she had thought up her master plan, Fuyuko twitched with impatience. She knew that her plan would fail if she acted on it too early, however the notion of escaping made her super excited. Fuyuko envisioned herself as those phantom thieves on television; no one would realize that she had left until she was long gone! After holding herself back for a little while longer, she decided that it was time to execute her plan. Tugging gently on Shou's sleeve, Fuyuko, trying hard to keep a poker face, looked up and said, "Onii-chan, Fuyu needs to go to the toilet..."
"I shall be your guide to that, if you don't mind," Mitori calmly answered, a smile on her face surfaced as she said in her usual tone, before Shou could actually answer to her. Shou would need to ask MItoro regardless. He himself wasn't sure whether Mitori would let her go to the toilet, she was a kidnapped person after all.
Fuyuko hesitated for a brief second not wanting to associate herself with Mitori. It's for the sake of the plan, Fuyu, Fuyu can do this! Forcing herself to hide her reluctance, she stood up and walked towards Mitori, answering her while trying to judge how far away she could be to not be rude, but not be close either. "Fuyu doesn't mind.."
Mitori strode off in the direction, which could be assumed to be the direction of the toilet, expecting the little child to follow suit. She couldn't exactly depend on Shou to be the guide, maybe he'd be more soft with children. She hadn't a clue what type of a person Shou was, Hyotoki Fuyuko was too valuable of a person to lose, anyway.
Walking along behind Mitori, Fuyuko observed the surrounding area. One of the issues with her plan was that she had no idea how to get out of the factory. She thought that as long as she had sufficient time, she'd find a way out eventually, however the one thing she didn't want was to wander back to where Shou and the hooded guy were waiting. After entering a wide corridor with doors down either side, Mitori stopped and gestured to Fuyuko to go in the third door on the right. Following her directions, Fuyuko secretly rejoiced that firstly, nothing had happened between Mitori and her, and secondly that she had succeeded stage one of her plan.
Fuyuko locked the door behind her and exhaled a quiet sigh of relief. She noted that the toilet was surprisingly clean albeit slightly dusty, although it didn't really concern her as she didn't actually plan on using it. The next part was the truly gross part. Even though her teacher had once told her that toilet bowl water is actually clean, Fuyuko had never been able to believe it since surely there must be germs from people who have used the toilet before. You can do it, you can do it... Squeezing her eyes shut, Fuyuko dipped her hand into the toilet bowl and started to freeze the water in to a small icicle. When she deemed that enough had been formed, stepping onto the toilet, she reached up to attach the icicle above the toilet bowl so that as it melted, the water would drip into the bowl with a large plop. Alas, Fuyuko was too short to reach. Height problems never troubled her as long as she had water though, lifting the lid off the toilet water tank, Fuyuko placed her shoe on the water and froze the water in contact with it, turning her shoe into an ice-platform shoe. After doing the same with the other, she replaced the lid and stood on it with her extra height, successfully reaching the ceiling and freezing the icicle in place.
With her cover ready, she started on the third stage of her plan. Taking out one of the coins she had stuffed into her pocket after she had bought her sandwich at school earlier, she unscrewed the grating of the ventilation shaft, quietly placing it on the floor to prevent alerting the scary girl, making use of her small build, Fuyuko wormed her way into the shaft and left the unused bathroom behind.
As Fuyuko squirmed her way to escape in the tiny pathway made for ventilation. She saw light coming from the front pathway. Curious, she wormed forward towards the light. However, just as she could sneak a peak below via the grating of the shaft she found, a peculiar yet familiar white figure started to form before her very eyes. It was a scary scene as it didn't seem anything like a human, but was slowly forming it's shape akin to a human, but it lacked eyes inside it's eye-sockets. It's eerie smile sent goosebumps to her tiny feeble figure as she squirmed in fear. Frightened, she considered moving backwards. But moving in this tight environment wasn't an easy task to achieve. Before she could even take the liberty to scream, multiple white tentacle-like strands formed and launched themselves towards Fuyuko, and pulled her to itself, it then dropped to the floor below the ventilation grating; breaking it in the process, then gently bringing it down along with it, "I'm afraid I can't let you run wherever you want, unfortunately. You're quite important for the experiments, you see," Mitori ran facts over her to let her know why she was brought here in the first place.
After about 3 minutes, Fuyuko was placed beside Minase Sana, her freedom of movements, too, taken away.
Shou let out an audible sigh of slight disappointment as he saw Mitori's strange life-form place Fuyuko beside Sana. Even after I told her... Well I suppose any normal person would be looking for a way out anyways; I can't exactly blame her for trying.

Horriblesubs are clearly better. That is all.
From what I gathered, commie = localization whereas HS = Direct TL.
Horriblesubs just takes CR's TL.
The better part about HS is that they give out 1080p, and usually releases relatively fast.

The Strongest Electromaster of the Academy City stood before the young child's brilliant eyes, whose expectations shone exceedingly towards - the Ace of Tokiwadai - Misaka Mikoto. Eyed with the mysterious yet energetic sky-blue eyes that her new-found friend's younger sister possessed, the top esper of Tokiwadai was bewildered as to how she'd answer the anticipations that the young child exuded.
Misaka Mikoto, recognizable due to her unique chestnut-colored hair and a pair of eyes, wearing the uniform of the prestigious middle school, Tokiwadai - which contained a white short-sleeved shirt, off-white colored vest, and a gray skirt - entered Minase Tamaki's room in the hospital. Surprisingly, her new friend was not with her younger sister. Moreover, when she heard Tamaki utter "Welcome back, Onee-cha-" and stopped herself upon peering across Misaka's facial features; Misaka took the obvious guess that Minase Sana was out. Upon asking a few questions, it seemed that Sana had disappeared since yesterday...
This happened about two hours ago, Misaka was now walking across the pavement. As if to answer to Tamaki's anxiety, Misaka walked off aimlessly in search of Sana. Her mind was in one place, while her physical appearance was in another; completely distracted from reality. Tamaki was injured by a shady person, whose information was something she could hardly find, regardless of how much she bothered to look up. To add to her frustrations, Sana's appearance was nowhere to be found. Misaka ran throughout the city, shouting out Sana's name in various places. She checked out the School Garden, the dorm, school, even the cafe in which the two first met. Not even the tiniest presence of her friend could be found.
"Could something have happened to her?" she whispered, her chin resting upon her fingers, "I hope not!" she earnestly wished.
Ten minutes passed, Misaka found herself in a telephone booth, nonchalantly leaning on the transparent wall comfortably while an electronic device with a screen displaying numerous codes and symbols were held with both her hands. Misaka Mikoto had the ability to hack any electronic devices, and bypass normal electronic security measures with ease. She could even decode the electronic flow of information, like stealing the information from a credit card's magnetic strip, as well as directly process a computer's information in binary. This skill also enables her to perform acts such as erasing herself from security footage in real time or taking control of Academy City's roving security robots. Just as she thought about security robots, she could see some scurrying about; making mechanical noises as they scooped up cans of drinks of strange juices.
Misaka was looking for information regarding Minase Sana. She thought it was a bit rude occupying the telephone booth for so long, as she was aware that what she was doing would take quite a lot of time - but she didn't see people approaching the booth, so she carried on - until she'd receive satisfying information from her attempts at information digging - which is surprisingly not her specialty, but Uiharu Kazari's. However, she had no intention to just recklessly drag her other friends into something that would disturb their peaceful lives in Academy City. Her pupils scanned over the device's screen - which is tiny in comparison to a computer's monitor - as she scrolled over various boards. She checked all the 'shady and suspicious' forums and boards in which people performing questionable acts in the city could be sharing information, going even as far as hacking into secret and private chat-rooms.
However, people aren't -that- careless to openly share such information - even in private chat-rooms, as they can still be easily hacked into - that would answer Misaka's concerns. So, she did the next obvious thing, and dropped her worries that were obviously blown out of proportion. Maybe something big like kidnapping or being taken hostage didn't happen after all, it could always just be the case in which she's simply lost somewhere in the city! But would the internet do any better to aid in my search? Misaka questioned her very ideas of searching Minase Sana out. However, information travels quite fast, especially in the internet, it was well worth a try; she figured.
Confounded, Misaka Mikoto found a very strange post. A user posted an image, it was blurry, the image quality was either bad, or the shutter wasn't in proper position to capture what it was meant to take. She tried to make sense of it, A... person carrying a girl? I can barely understand what the person is like. Actually, isn't she covering out her appearance with that? She somehow seems familiar. But that other person... is definitely a student getting carried somewhere, right? Her figure too, is familiar... Misaka flew to the realm of reverie. Something was going on, surely. Just as she thought so, her musing was brought to a complete stop as her gekota-themed green phone rang.
She received her call, "Hello, this is Misaka speaking."
A monotone voice called out from the other side, "We have an information to disclose to you, Onee-sama - says Misaka as she wishes to inform Onee-sama about a certain incident, but wants to suspend it regardless," Misaka knew who this person was, she ignored the caller's strange manner of speech, and went along with it, "Oh? What's up?" the person on the other side was someone Misaka was very familiar with, not just her mannerisms and ways of speaking, but even her very appearance and attire.
The voice responded in it's nonchalant manner, explaining a situation Misaka should've learned about earlier. Her eyes widened in realization - her new friend was in dire danger. Her worst fears came true, she simply learned of it a little too late.
"Listen... I have a favor to ask of you guys, please, she's my friend, I have to save her."

Somewhat, yes.
I don't read manga/doujins as much as I used to.
Although I still do keep tabs on h-animes, but I'm not too familiar with h-manga artists, and the latest good stuffs anymore.
